I ordered large fries and waited 20 minutes, but they gave me cold fries. When I complained, the staff did not respond properly and gave me the same cold fries again instead of making fresh ones. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience at Taco Bell

Dirty tables. First order not made. No apologies offered. Store manager couldn’t be bothered to speak to us. App glitched duplicating one of our items.. Asked not to use app by more than one associate. Second order destroyed. Associates asked what was wrong with destroyed items. Food returned. Bathroom nasty. Took pictures of everything. Left the duplicated items. Called taco bell customer service. Market manager never followed up either. Pictures of two quesadillas on their side of hot plate were the duplicated items asked left to be there without refund or apology. Stay away.
3/31 update- twice now the hotline has asked the Market Manager and Store manager to speak with me. Twice hasn’t happened. Enclosed is updated pictures from 3/31 its even dirtier than before! Posted a night and day review about Martin location much better there please road. My order at Union City location was a burrito and Quesarito and they were indiscernable from one another.

Line cook with long redish brown hair is rude and disrespectful and lied to my face after she intentionally didn’t put any meat on one of the tacos I had ordered. Do not appreciate being treated that way at all! She needs to be fired since she treats customers like that! That is so ridiculous!

Funny, I left a review on here with a picture of my order and it was deleted, so I’ll repost. The drive thru cashier was courteous but the 5 hard shell tacos that I was served in the drive-thru were nearly empty; the majority of the food in my bad was just the shells.

Went to get food, ordered food, waited, paid, turns out they gave the woman infront of me my food for free, roughly 40 dollars worth. No problem, wait again to get my food. After a total wait time of 45 minutes, got my food. Drove home, plot twist, food was wrong and missing items. At least one item was close to being right. Missed half the stuff but at least I got this epic chicken quessadilla.
Been like this last 4 or 5 times I’ve went. My advise, go to burger King. They somehow do better in all regards over taco bell, which is terribly sad.

Came to eat Taco Bell tonight & the service was slow maybe due to not enough workers. Didn’t have mild sauce, had to ask for my drinks after they gave me my food. Got cinnamon twists & there was no cinnamon or sugar hardly at all on them, they were gross. Idk who’s the night manager, but this is awful. Get an order of nacho bell grande & hardly had any meat whatsoever. Idk what the deal is, but someone please fix it & do better.

Ate Lunch 2 tacos and Mexican pizza, Absolutely needs someone to check into why the food had a chemical taste! I Told my daughter about it and she said her and her son ate there 2 days ago after his appointment and the same thing happened to them,they has completely different order than ours .
