This is one of my favorite trucks in Vallejo everything I’ve ordered so far has been hands-down amazing . They also have 15 taco tray for 30 bucks. Cannot beat it. Best tacos you have to try their special grilled tacos

This is one of the best taco trucks in Vallejo! All of the ingredients taste fresh and their spicy sauce is a MUST!!! They always exceed my expectations. The people that work here are the kindest and very hard working. They make sure to include everything you ask for. Always 10/10.

I really don’t get along with Taco trucks but this one is different, first impressions usually make it or break it, this one was solid, I didn’t realize until I was half way through. That grilled chicken sandwich was cheesy, I loved it.

dine-in restaurants, but for a taco truck this place can’t be beat. Compared to other taco trucks, this is by far the best one out there. The food is great, the service is incredibly quick, the portions are more than enough to get you full and the staff is really outgoing and friendly. If you want to sit down to eat there are better places in Vallejo, but if you want some good quick takeout this is the best spot in town.

I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit to Taqueria el Pelayo. I ordered a burrito and it was immediately clear that the ingredients were not fresh. The meat and rice tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, if not reheated from the day before. From the look of it, they just warmed it up in the microwave!
It’s unacceptable for a food truck, especially one specializing in burritos, to serve stale food, let alone reheat it in a microwave. Freshness is essential for a good burrito experience. I would not recommend this truck to anyone and won’t be returning.

For me the food is good . The thing I would say is sometimes the meat is salty. Every time I go they are friendly and I get my food fast . I been to many food trucks in Vallejo . I have to say this 1 is the best . I wish they had like Keto style food . For people that want to eat healthier but still enjoy Mexican food . I’m not feeling the prices on the food .. for the amount of food they serve a customer is a lot. But that’s my opinion.

Gotta get the LA Hotdogs. Great portion & absolutely delicious. Just be sure to ask for Jalapeño bc it doesn’t automatically come with it. Crispy tacos also yummy. Shrimp taco sadly was small & more toppings than shrimp but still good. Service was decent time wise & everything was fresh. Super kind too.
