Not what I was expecting from a place that has home style in their name. The home fries were fresh and good, but I thought I was going to get hand cut potatoes cooked with onions and peppers so I ask for cheese. They gave me a slice of cheese in a box, that was on me because I did not know that their home fries were just thick fries. Again the fries were good and fresh. I got the two egg plate with bacon and gravy over my biscuit. The bacon was bacon, the eggs were plain and I did not get any salt or pepper in my bag. The gravy biscuit was absolutely the worst I’ve ever tasted and I do mean taste. At first I wasn’t even going to taste it but I had to at least see if the gravy had any flavor. The biscuit was pretty much a ball of flavorless dough and the gravy taste like thick cold watered down flour with no seasoning. Maybe I had my hopes set to high. For this to be a home style restaurant please work with your staff let them know that it is not ok to sell raw biscuits, and add some seasonings to the gravy.

I can cook some Hella fried chicken. I’m picky, so I never get anyone else’s. Cuz they ain’t as good.
But fa this place….ya’ll got some good fried chicken.
While mine is slightly better. It is worth getting their fried chicken.
I’m a Jiffy corn bread cat. Plus I put sugar in it to make it a Lil sweet. But ya’lls corn bread is pretty good too.
Definitely worth getting grub Here.
If u haven’t yet….give it a shot. I doubt u’ll be disappointed.

The BEST biscuits in Rockingham county hands down. The chicken breast filet biscuit is my favorite along with their apple cobbler~ seriously my go to anytime I’m in Reidsville before 2pm! Friendly staff and the service is always on point.

Went close to closing afraid the food was gonna be subpar. However my plate was so good. I had chicken tender dinner with fries cornbread and slaw. Huge portion. Shout-out to them because it was great. I pick them over any big name fast food place.

My co-worker introduced me to this little restaurant, and I’m glad he did. The chicken was good, but baby that cornbread was some of the best I’ve tasted, and I’m a southern gal. I will stop by again when in the area.

Let the people of Reidsville tell you the food is soooo delish Bull food is disgusting biscuit was huge and dry and very doughy… only thing that was decent was the fried chicken. 2 out of 10 I definitely don’t recommend!

My payment didn’t wanted to go thru electronically today 8/22/25 even tho it was an error on my end for not having my physical wallet. But the Older lady in the register was so kind to give my my meal free.. after I fix my electronic wallet I was ready to pay but she was kind enough not to charge me…. Kindness can go along way and I did pay for someone else meal.. thank you for the kindness

I came today to get my favorite 3 chicken legs,I also got fried Ocra, and a medium ice tea light ice .
When I got home I said my tea gone already? Yes ,well I had a cup with over half of the cup being ice. I WILL be back to get my tea with light ice Tomorrow .I do not like paying over $2.00 for a cup of ice .the food is always delicious!! I never have any complaints.
