I love this place. Except today. There were two people in front of me and a couple people waiting. There were 3 people working and at least one in the back. My order was promptly taken; I ordered a #17 w Jalapeños. They hung my ticket and called it out. I watched them work diligently on all of the orders including the person behind me while my order stayed hanging over the grill with nobody doing anything. Then all but one of the other orders was done and they began to restock. That’s when I took my ticket and gave it back to them at the register and I told them I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and they had not even started my food so I was going to leave. The reply I got came from the guy working the line and said “ok, sorry.”
Whats up with it?
This was Friday, Dec. 26 at around 3pm.
I was in a time crunch; I’m a high school wrestling coach and had to get to practice and did not get to eat until after 7pm.
Apparently I’m going to have to call someone. Posting a review doesn’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Most terrible work ethic. Put in an order an hour and 1/2 before and still wasn’t prioritized when I arrived to pick up. Pick up said “12:17pm” and i’m typing this at 12:50pm. They have not reassured me when I asked about my order. And no one has apologized. They need to step up their skills and figure out what they will do to make their day go on easier.

I order here all the time though the store app and I would pick up my order often. I ordered two giant sandwiches, one is a Giant Big Kahouna Cheese steak and the other one is a Giant Chipotle Cheese steak. Total amount was about $45.37. The reason why Im writing this review is that I usually get good service here but just last Saturday, the meat for my Chipotle Cheese steak was burned. It was so burned that my son couldnt eat it. So we had to throw it away. I gave him my sandwich instead. We were far from the location already otherwise I would have returned and ask for another sandwich . Why would you still serve a sandwich that its burned? I sent my complaint into the app to customer support and still waiting for a response.

In my opinion Jersey Mikes is the best sub around. Fresh cuts, fresh veggies and good bread, makes for a great sub. I’m going there again today, so go get yours too!

Places an online order this morning at 10:13am for pick up at 12pm.Got there at 12pm and it was not even ready. Waited another 20 minutes and still not ready. Almost half of my lunch time gone and no food. Had to ask for refund and leave. Will not be returning again.

Re-doing my review again because I’m not going to let Jersey Mike’s respond with a lie.
This location is horrible and the only way you should get food from them is if you have some purchase protection like Uber offers.
My order was completely wrong, got charged for a Giant and received a regular on one and the other was the wrong sandwich on the wrong bread. Jersey Mike’s responded to my last review saying I should reach out to get this fixed, well I already had reached out and they didn’t respond.

Staff was busy joking around with each other and not paying attention to the growing line of customers. Failed to put the correct condiments on my sandwich. Didn’t notice until I got home. $14.00 sandwich tasted like crap.

Tried the #43 philly cheese steak and it was awesome! Better than expected. The bread was fresh out of oven and they mixed it up nice substituting swiss for the white cheese it usually comes with. Really liked the chipotle sauce. Highly recommend it. Its a hot sandwich so it takes a bit longer but worth it.
