Not good customer service. I ordered in-person and my order came out to $39.87. The counter guy would not give me the $40.00 promotion. Zero accommodation or courtesy for paying customers. Then, the order took a very long time. When I took it home, they left out the extra pint of white rice I paid for. This place is such a joke. First, the guy wouldn’t budge over $.013, then he leaves out a $4-5 item. Even if it was an accident, it just goes to show how they treat customers. I will not be returning. If I had checked the negative reviews, I wouldn’t have gone in the first place.

The first and last. The worst Chinese food ever… no taste the food was reheated probably a lot. Chicken was dry the pork tips were dry gross. Just nasty. I never had to throw food out and that’s what I did right in the garbage wouldn’t even give it to my dog.

Best Chinese food on the south shore. Always here so quick and hot and perfect. They have the best Singapore noodles I’ve ever had even though I’ve only ever had their Singapore noodles. I just KNOW they’re the best. If you love sweet and sour chicken, they are world renowned for their sweet and sour chicken. I’m not making this up. It’s amazing. They also have the best fortunes. They uplift me and bring me joy. It’s the little things, people. But tip big. Writing this review is the only thing keeping me from eating all of this food before my boyfriend gets out of the shower. He’s running out of time and I’ve run out of things to say.

Been coming here for the past 9 months since moved to this neighborhood. I have tried other Chinese takeouts around but this one has the best taste for and my wife. Most of the usual dishes are good but I found the beef broccoli and the general tso chicken are especially good.

I have always ordered from this place for years. Recently in the past year or 2 they have gotten new management or just new employees and honestly they are extreme rude and disrespectful. I had a delivery to my house. I was short on cash. I wasn’t able to give a large tip as I always do, but I have what I could. The delivery driver took the tip and proceeded to embarrass me. Absolutely disgusting. I have NEVER experienced this ever with any kind of delivery from anywhere! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I will no longer be ordering from this place.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely nasty. I ordered white rice (for my kid) & received pork fried rice instead I called and politely requested for it to be corrected and she processed to tell me that no one told her it was white rice that they don’t do that there (fix their mistakes) If i wanted what i ordered i would have to pay again even though the order was untouched.
The mistake was not mine and she got loud and nasty although I respectfully requested for it to be corrected.

Im writing this HONEST criticism because Grubhub automatically skipped the review on my last order and this restaurant has hundreds of fake reviews to inflate their standing. I’ll start by saying this is the most expensive and worst tasting Chinese food in all of NYC. I would know I travel for work all around the city for over 25 years. My theory is the food is terrible because it’s old inventory because they aren’t selling the same volume (due to being overpriced and population density) as other Chinese restaurants; the chef isn’t the greatest either obviously. They think they’re too upscale to have french fries on the menu which is comical. I suggest you hire a consultant from a Brooklyn Chinese restaurant to come over and help you fix your business ASAP.
