This place is seriously amazing!! It’s definitely a hidden gem but a must try when you go to the Allentown farmer’s market! There was a large line, and not much seating, when we first passed by so decided to wait a little while and come back, luckily the crowd had dispersed and we ordered right away. The beef pho was incredible! It was my first time ordering pho and I came here specifically for it and was so impressed. Our friend that was with us also loved his pho, and ordered egg rolls that we all shared that were delicious! Seriously come here ASAP!

Loan’s is my go-to place for the greatest Pho. Not only is the broth complete perfection, Loan adds tons of fresh ingredients that is the perfect touch to this comfort dish.
