Ordered online tonight and found blonde hair in my food. One was in my wrap, which disgustingly got in my mouth! I called the manager and was told very dryly to go through the app to get the issue resolved myself. After I got off the phone with him I started checking all our other food for hair, and found another one in my onion rings!! We also saw that half our order was made incorrectly! The burger we ordered had no cheese, despite paying extra for it. I asked for no tomatoes on my wraps and both of them had tomatoes. Disgusting and disappointing experience! A waste of time and money! Let’s hope I can even get my money back.

It’s Thursday night. Hours says open till 11. Went by just a few minutes ago. (9pm) 2 Girls standing by the window. No one would come to the speaker… but employees inside laughing and talking.

The experience tonight was the worst I’ve ever encountered. First we pay at the 1st window and that young lady was very nice and professional, but we then pull to 2nd window and had to sit there for 6 min waiting all to realize we were waiting bc the girl working the window walked passed then out the side door to her car. When she finally came back in her first response to my daughter was have you already paid? My daughter said yes maam we paid at 1st window, then replies back with a look on her face and says are you sure you paid? Was someone back there? My daughter again answered yes maam and I have the receipt. I ordered the new chicken wrap bc they look really good and when I get home and open it up there’s 4 small pieces of lettuce a tomato and a ripped up piece of chicken that is the same size as my tomato. The morning employees are always awesome and so nice but the night shift gets worse and worse.

They need to quit rushing the meat.. make it taste like a real smoked Burger King hamburger I know they have changed the machines they need to put the old machines back in there they are killing their business.. corporate is killing there company from the inside out by rushing production the BURGER KING Hamburger that it was know for it doesn’t taste like a Burger King hamburger know more… Please God fixed it

Sat in line and waited as 3 people in front of me were served, once I was up to the register the employee walked away and started bagging food for the rest of the people in my group, they got in line the same time as me and received their food before I had even started my order. Should be a 0-5 but it dosent go low enough.

Overall the food was decent. My main issue was getting my family’s meals and then standing at the front for 35 minutes just to wait on one BBQ brisket burger. Almost don’t want to come back here tbh. I don’t have that kind of patience.

Very nice, clean, everyone so friendly and welcoming. Restrooms kept clean as well. Food came as ordered and in time. Presentation of food was so far the best from what I experienced from all Burger King Stores I previously visited. Like one said we eat with our eyes so it is important that food looks good. Ordered Impossible Whopper meal and I loved everything about it. It looked great and tasted great. As I was leaving I said Thank you to staff as I believe that good effort shall be recognized. Thank you all again for my experience while on travel.

Walked across the truck stop parking lot with my dog! Pavement well over 100 degrees! Went inside and was refused a simple 45 second chocolate milk shake! Myself and my dog have been here atleast 20 times! She wanted me to make another trip across that hot asphalt to retrieve my paperwork! Jesus Christ i only wanted a milkshake! I will never be back! Its perfectly acceptable to have a unattended car jacked up in the parking lot with a flat! Unreal.

Always room for improvement. Staff is always very kind. Food is good. Great atmosphere, especially for kids. They have an indoor playground and video game consoles.

They can’t do online orders until you arrive
I asked for my money back,they said I would have to do that online. I went online and they said they don’t do online order refunds,so I lost money for food I didn’t receive. I drove 5 miles my order should have been done. That’s the whole idea of online ordering so you don’t have a wait time for them to cook it. So I deleted their app. They should fire the manager here at the burger king in Clanton Alabama!!!!
