This place has been a key part of my teen hood. The food is lit, the family that runs it is super sweet and it’s just a great quiet place to get some great American Chinese with friends! Literally love this joint Side note: I would also like to add that I took my best friend who’s vegetarian and she had no problem choosing from their menu! Highly recommend their string beans and Mongolian beef

Thank you for responding. I want to clarify that my concern was never about finishing food or seeking additional compensation. The issue was that metal fibers from a cleaning sponge were cooked into the rice, which was later confirmed in your response. The object had already been in my mouth before I realized what it was.
I returned calmly and simply wanted the situation handled appropriately. While I appreciate the eventual refund and apology, I was verbally told not to return, which was disappointing as a long-time customer.
I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and be mindful to check their food carefully. Food safety should always be taken seriously.

So I decided to try a new place on lunch break today. Once I entered the restaurant, the lady greets me back. I tell her that I want to order something for takeout and then she told me that they are closed. I asked her well what time do you open and she said hopefully soon. Not only is it 1 PM in the afternoon but it’s also another gentleman inside the restaurant already sitting in a booth as if he’s waiting for food so I’m a little curious how all of a sudden your closed. I did start to think maybe they don’t service Black people because I am a black woman but then I come to write my review and I realize they have horrible reviews!! I shouldn’t have come by this restaurant from the beginning so if you are reading this, I recommend you find another Chinese restaurant.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff is unwelcoming and unkind, the restaurant smells terrible, the food I ordered was half raw, and their willingness to make it right was humorous. I picked up my order 20 minutes prior to closing, drove home to eat, couldn’t eat it because it was undercooked, sent an email to the email address found on their website since they were closed by the time I arrived home and tried to eat the sorry excuse for food, threw my food in the trash and put the 99% of food left over in the fridge because I had a feeling they were going to want the food back when I called the next day. I called back the next day after not receiving a response to my email and was yelled at by a woman for 10 minutes saying I should’ve called instead of emailing because they stay there a few hours past close (how would I have known that when y’all close at 10?) and that I should’ve brought the food back within 2 hours so they could re-serve it to other people (one, they were closed according to their website so, again, why would I bother showing up at 11PM or midnight thinking they were closed, and two, why in the world would they serve returned food to other customers?), and was told I’d receive a call back the next day. I received a call back at work and returned it a few minutes later to find my number blocked. I called again off of another number and was told my number was blocked. I’ll never, ever be back. This place is disgusting.

Ordered online and asked for delivery. Order was correct but the food had sat so long it was cold and the crab Rangoon was leathery and inedible. Once microwaved, the entree was very tasty and presentable so clearly done with care. But I need delivery and expect it to be done well so we will try again and see if it is improved. UPDATE: I ordered and asked for delivery again. Food arrived nice and hot. Very delicious!! Have raised rating stars!

I read the reviews before i took a chance spending my money! Today is 7/7/24 their food was great !!!! I dont see why the said bad things about the Restaurant. I ordered egg foo young two sweet teas, potstickers and shrimp and vegetables rolls .. Very kind people and everything was hot and their chili oil is amazing, money well spent.

Decided to try something new for lunch. Walked in-place had no lights on(sunlight and an open door was all the light coming in). Guy walked out and asked if I wanted to order & what would I like. I told him I wasn’t sure, since I’d never been there before. Looked at the menu and ordered some lo mein. He said it would be 10 min. I sat down to wait. Looked around- no one there during lunch time. No one. One of the booths had a bunch of stuff in it. Not sure they expected people for dine in- because it was a bit cluttered. Got my food and left. Just from the looks of the place, I had doubts about the food. Got home, took out the egg roll- that was so greasy the bag it was in was soaked. I took one bite and threw it away- all I could taste was grease.

Ordered online. Showed up 10min early, prepared to pay and wait. Was greeted with a “you’re too early, it wont be ready for at least 20 more minutes”. Tone and message made us feel unwelcome, like we were bothering them by being there. The dining area looked more like someone’s apartment with personal belonging and a bicycle in the dining room. We told them there was no worries, and that we’d go walk around and be back to pick up food in a bit. Once outside, someone came out to question us on how we would be paying when we got back because they couldn’t take CC/Debit payments. Not a big deal, we had cash too. But again the tone was abrasive and rude. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by trying to pay them for their food/service. We opted out, canceled the order, and will definitely not be back. Epic service fail.
