Great looking restaurant, good atmosphere, food was somewhat dicey but was tasty and worth it…
However the special beverages aren’t made well at all, and Alcohol knowledge by the staff was pretty bad.

Do you have all night to waste while you wait for your food? If so, this is the place for you. We made reservations and were seated shortly after arriving. It was a Sunday evening and they did not seemed to be packed. We were dining in the tavern and it definitely wasn’t crowded.
We ordered drinks and some appetizers. The peanut butter espresso martini was good. The margarita was one the worst I’ve ever had.
It took an hour to get the appetizers. It took another 20 minutes for our entrees… three pastas, 2 burgers, and hot dogs. Most of us enjoyed the food we ordered. The clam chowder and bacon jam hot dogs were very good. However, it definitely wasn’t not worth a 2 hour wait.
The waitstaff was not friendly. The only person that was nice and smiled was the young man working. No one ever apologized for the ridiculous wait. Our waitress was scarce and never checked in with us. The bartender came by once to see if we needed anything but no one ever asked how are food was. Terrible service!

I love the lakehouse, I’ve been many times and I’ve always been happy, whenever I have someone visit I bring them here. I’m sure there’s others reviews I’ve done in the past because I love them so much, but I also know these reviews help them better themselves so I unfortunately have to leave a note so great one. I took a friend here last night , it wasnt super busy, normal Friday night, we didn’t have to wait or anything, the kid that does the greeting is always great and is always friendly. We got seated right away. We ordered drinks and an app. Got my drink. Never got the app. They brought out our food, I was ready for another drink at that point, waitress dropped our food and left so quickly we couldn’t get her attention for another drink. Or to ask about the app. We never saw her again. Food was amazing but I didn’t even have a water, never mind my drink. She didn’t come back once. Until she brought the bill, we mentioned the app and all the said was ‘oh my bad’ and that was it. This is a great place, my food was amazing but I was hoping to wind down after a long day with a few drinks and was looking for ward to the dip all day 🙁

Went over for a company dinner. Staff was attentive, quick, and courteous. Food was great – the prime rib was delicious and portions were generous. Good beer tap with some great local brews. I’ll be back with my family and I hope to sit outside in the beautiful patio seating area!

I have never had good service here. I have given this restaurant many chances and have been disappointed each time. The food is expensive and nothing to write home about. The last and final visit I made was my husband and I sat at the bar just to get some drinks and it wasn’t even that busy and the bartender deliberately ignored us for at least 20 minutes and never asked us for our order. We just got up and left. I will never go back here.

11 Nov 2023… We’re here in Hopkinton to visit my aunt and she recommended this restaurant for a family dinner. What a excellent recommendation! The atmosphere ambiance is great. The venue is beautiful. The service is friendly and efficient. And… The food is excellent! Great menu with a nice variety of options. You really can’t go wrong here!

To say my boyfriend and I love this place is an understatement! It’s so cute, feels like home and is on a small pond! I have tried something different every time we have gone and I am never disappointed. I am obsessed with their “smoking gun” margarita. And their cocktails are always great. The servers have always been great. Very friendly and always help when I have questions! We never leave unsatisfied!
