I hadn’t eaten at a DQ in years prior to having a burger here. The staff was super kind, they got my order out fast and the burger was LEGIT. Look….Whatburger is OVERRATED. Badly. Five Guys? Meh ♂️ DQ is just as good. I’m serious. It’s a fraction of the price as well. I was shocked. The fries were decent, kinda like Wendy’s. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were fantastic. Fast food with service?! Wow. This is a great place to stop and have a break and lunch when you’re going to Key West.

A few weeks ago I stopped by while traveling through, and I just have to say the service was amazing! The young woman at the drive-through, Blu, was so kind and patient even though I was in a rush. She greeted me with a smile and really made the experience feel welcoming. You don’t always get that level of friendliness at fast food places, so it definitely stood out. My order was perfect too — shout-out to whoever made my dipped cone! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

I love DQ but we’ve been to this location multiple times and we’ve tried to give them more chances but have been disappointed every time due to lack of quality. Today was the last chance we will be giving them. We ordered on the mobile app and when we got to the window they didn’t have the vanilla ice cream to make our order. We asked them to cancel our order and refund us and they said they don’t have the ability to on their end. They then called a supervisor who said they can’t refund us either and we should come back tomorrow. We will never give our business nor recommend this business any longer. Find a different Dairy Queen, this isn’t the one.

Kids working there wasted ice cream and sprinkles and didn’t seem to care. Bad system of putting sprinkles on over garbage instead of tray of sprinkles. And tossed a perfectly good ice cream i said id take bc they thought it was wrong.

Great outside seating, and decent treats. The grounds and store are in need of some loving care as windows, inside area and walkways are dirty and seemingly uncared for. Owners – do better.

Absolutely disgusted. Found a giant black hair in my sandwich. Went in to complain and the manager acts like it’s no big deal. Look at cook who has big beard with no beard net. I can just imagine what other violations are waiting to be found here.

Quick service. No line. Got a free small caramel malt shake for new app users but the cashier didn’t really know how to apply the coupon but it all worked out in the end. My snickers blizzard was nice with lots of snicker pieces.

I ordered a medium and my husband got something with m&Ms, sort a like a milk shake. I love waffle cones, nope didn’t have it. Both of us thought the ice cream was too bland.

Great service! Friendly staff! Easy access in or out from either direction you’re traveling along US 1, the Overseas Highway as it’s situated between the southbound and northbound lanes. Fantastic Blizzard’s and soft serve ice cream as you would expect from Dairy Queen! Highly recommended stop when traveling along the Florida Keys!

What can I say? It’s a great local Dairy Queen very clean. Everything was good. Probably the best place to get ice cream in town.
