I’ve had worse experiences with this branch in terms of the food but tonight tops it all. The order takers and customer service is great but the food, well…I ordered the jack munchie meal with spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries and two tacos. I always get the exact same order. The fries and the chicken in the sandwich are like rocks. I can’t even bite into it. It’s as if I ordered crackers. These are so hard. I’m tired of it. It was just one time the fries were moderately soft and within standard. And I think that even happened because I was in a long queue and they had to make fresh fries. I’m so disappointed and if I could drive back now to express myself and give the food back without a refund, I would coz honestly, the disappointment is too much. My experience at this jack and the box was great while working on a project out in Hayward. Ordered the classic, jacks spicy chicken sandwich with regular fries. The burger itself was delicious and wasnt some cheap meat or using a spicy chicken patty. Fries were acceptable and not over cooked or burnt. They didnt rush nor take too long. Just about the right time which told me that they took the time to make the meal with some pride and dignity.
Customer service wise, the woman who gave me my order did not give me any bad treatment or vibes even whem I had to pay with two different debit cards.
Its upsetting that there may be a few bad apples that maybe just dont care about serving people food which brings the whole team down. Hope they have a change of heart and bring this place more happy Customers.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what this deserves worst customer service shout out to Lydia the manager that didn’t help the situation for being in a position of leadership is very disappointing that Jack in the box has somebody as this in a position that does not know how to lead and instead is showing other associates how to be disrespectful. A complimentary coupon was given for a reason and that is because they keep making mistakes at this location and instead figuring it out they held on to food for over 5 to 8 minutes which mind you was already paid for they couldn’t figure out how to use a complimentary coupon which is a free item which wasn’t coming out of their pocket that they acted like it was by time somebody gets home with their food it’s beyond cold I didn’t want coming back to deal with more attitude instead I tried to let the person eat their food which they could not. There was no apology for how much time spent in a Drive-Thru instead by the time that the food was handed over the manager Lydia decided to say I hope you have a better night that is not how you handle a situation that was already bad especially coming from a manager that is not how you handle customer service at all. If you can avoid this restaurant establishment I would they keep continuously making mistakes never resolving the problem and the problem is the people that are working there 2 grown women acting as if they were in high school attitude and miserable it’s not a good look and definitely not professional. How disappointing. I’ve reached out the dm on situation that is still not been resolved.

If I could I would give this place a negative 5 stars!! The store manager, PEDRO needs to learn what customer service really means. I had NUMEROUS and I mean NUMEROUS issues with this ” so-called store manager”. Since the pandemic started this was my go to restaurant. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location I have had numerous issues here because they are not making my orders correctly. This is on the restaurant for not following the directions placed on the screen through the mobile app. Today I ordered 2 loaded breakfast sandwiches with mayo and 4 regular breakfast sandwiches. I paid through the mobile app. When I got home, I noticed that all of the sandwiches were missing sausage. A few of them were missing ham. I called an spoke to Julita she was very sweet and offered to replace the sandwiches. I told her I would be in later to get them. At 3:32 p.m. I called and a lady picked up. I asked to speak with Julita and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the store manager PEDRO who then informed me that he is not replacing my order. I said why not. He then said to bring the food back…what the heck? The order was placed at 9am this morning and due to covid-19 it is against cdc guidelines to accept food back once touched. The employees allow people in to order and they are not sanitizing the surfaces, the door not the credit card machines. PEDRO then insisted and argued with me saying that I had orders replaced in the pass. I said yes I did because you’re employees were not making the orders correctly! He then insisted that I “kindly” never place mobile orders to his restaurant again! So because his crew can’t get it right, he is not allowing me to order here again?! I GLADLY WILL NOT!!! AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX AT ALL COST…..SEEING AS THEY ARE REQUESTING YOU BRING FOOD BACK DURING A NATIONWIDE PANDEMIC….THATS SAFE. As I was waiting for the replacement order a gentleman with a dog came in… that’s definitely not allowed in a restaurant. I would really really think twice about your safety before going here… seems like a lot of guidelines are not being followed. I will be contacting cdc and the corporate office because the way he treated me was unprofessional and uncalled for especially since I did nothing wrong but reporting an issue with my order that was made incorrectly. Was hungry around midnight, as one usually is. Went thru, ordered my food and went to the window where I was greeted by the most friendly and cool person I could’ve met at any point in my life. Jose is an outstanding individual who seems to make it his priority to ensure everyone leaves happy and satisfied. 10/10 he is the goat

When you order a southwest salad, you would think it comes with everything including the dressing and topping. However, seems like whole did my two today didn’t give a single care to include the toppings at all.
5/16 – so I thought management would have fixed the issue, but I was wrong. Clearly you can see they still giving salads without anything else. Like what am I supposed to do with this. Also now they over charging you. If they are going to overcharge you, shouldn’t your order be complete and correct?

The cost of food here has gone up so much in recent years, and the service is absolutely abysmal: they won’t give you your entire order at the window; they won’t give you all of your food unless you go back into the restaurant to correct them, and they won’t listen to you about what you want. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for my mother; they gave me fried chicken. I ordered a lemonade and Sprite without ice. They didn’t give me my drink. Then they gave me a drink WITH ice! I love the food, but the service at this location SUCKS!

You can tell they do not regularly. Refill the flavoring for the soda machine. Our Coca-Cola tasted very water down when I complained about it. I got an attitude. I shook it off left from there. Order was wrong. Turn around to get my money back again received. More attitude from the same cashier that worked the drive through.Maybe she should fix her attitude.Along with her eyebrows
