Dont order via the app or online.
Ordered some food. went to pick up.
no jalepeno bites available on pick up.
cashier said they couldnt refund it. asked for a manager.
manager came out and tried to refund it. He couldnt. suggested I try using their online customer service. what a joke.
no refunds. only “coupons”. “jessica” was pleasant but said she couldnt help me.
When I finally got my food open at home they missed all the condiments and the lettuce was brown.
so in summary if you order online and its messed up the staff in the store will no help (not fully their fault). The online “support” wont give you the money for missing product.
That leaves getting ahold of your bank to do a charge back. Real quality customer service from top to bottom. makes you really want to stop back ever.
New renovations looked good though.

The only 24hr fast food in Wooster. After a long day at a concert and a 2 hour line to exit… food options were scarce. This BK came in clutch. Super nice staff and food was hot and fresh. Thank you for being such great overnight staff!

Had an amazing visit at Burger King today because of Tabitha and her hard working crew members. The service was fast, food was hot and everyone was so nice. Crew members Dirk and Brett just made my day with their friendly demeanor and excellent service. 10/10 would eat at this location again!

Turns out there is a reason you can always get a good place in line. BK calls this a Garden Side Salad and takes 1.79 for it. Brown wilted iceberg with a little wet cheese. When was the last time you were in a garden and all it had was old iceburg lettuce… it went right in the trash – had a horrible taste too.

service was okay, the manager with blonde hair was standing at the counter chatting with customers and swearing. there seemed to be 3 employees only working and it wasn’t that busy. Due to the lack for professional service at this location I will not be back. and they really need to fix the ac so it doesn’t leak on the service counter. really a sad store.

What kind of Whopper is this? It literally has two tiny pieces of lettuce, a sliver of onion, barely any ketchup, barely any mayonnaise, barely any mustard I asked for extra lettuce extra onion and this is what I got and my onion rings and mozzarella sticks were cold. I should not have to come home and heat up my own food and add more stuff to my burger that I asked for when I ordered it. You want fresh food? Go to the one on Burbank
