Food was good. Hot & fresh. Everything appeared to be clean. The only drawback was the number of flies in this facility. It was absolutely disgusting!! They were literally everywhere and we were constantly trying to fend them off from our meals. Not sure why there was so many? Definitely won’t be back!! Completely grossed me out.

Date and Time of Visit: 5/29/24 8:45 PM: You guys should win an award for being the slowest fast food restaurant. Normally, I wouldn’t care about waiting that much, but I was trying to catch the bus. Waiting 14 minutes for two junior cheeseburgers is maybe a tiny bit outrageous though, no?
Also, I still wouldn’t have cared that much if one of the employees there didn’t try to single me out when making an announcement that “Nothing is ready” and to wait.
For context, I was the only person who was waiting my turn and after a few minutes, tried to get someone’s attention in case it was ready and just sitting there (because again… I just ordered… 2 junior cheeseburgers) and turned my phone to show my name and at that moment, she decided to make that announcement and then proceeded to ask me if I can understand her in a condescending tone like if I’m 3 years old.
I still had my phone slightly turned toward her direction, which I guess is what she thought warranted belittling me, but only because I was busy listening to what she was saying in a loud setting. I don’t know if she expected me to immediately pull my phone back towards me like if she were trying to steal it, but the bottom line is that she had no reason to be a jerk about it.
Anyways, I only come here because I don’t have any other Wendy’s near me or this would be my last option. The customers that come here are just as rude as the staff. Oh and be prepared to be harassed by 100 bikers (literally) when you come here because they use Wendy’s and the McDonald’s across the street as a hangout spot.

We had a large order that was completely correct! One time I have oddly long wait times at the drive-thru due to staffing. However love ordering through the app. Just make sure you check your drink if you get a flavored free-style drink.

This place is very hit or miss, some days food will be hot. Some days it will warm and old. Found a bug or something in my cup after I finished drinking everything. So yea that’s nice. Will not eat here again.

I recently had gone in to dine in but ordered to go for the simple fact the black manager being loud also all the workers weren’t doing anything but standing around not helping customers or working. That’s not the best part the best part is when I got home and started eating my chili it was a fly in it. After a few bites of my chili once I noticed the fly I had to do all I had in me not to barf. This Wendy’s is definitely a mess with lazy workers. Maybe managers should actually manage and have their employees work and maybe the establishment would be better off.

If I could give a less than one star review I would. The staff seem to be lazy messy. I get that its fast food, but it’s disgustingly lazy. There is no effort to build burgers or sandwiches, it looks like the paper was laid down and the contents tossed onto it and rolled. I have been to this Wendy’s 3-4 times and will not be going back. Every burger is sloppily built, tastes like it was cooked on a dirty grill and is swimming in grease. Save your money and get some decent gas station food from kum and go. You will be happier.

We went to Wendy’s yesterday around 2pm Thursday and never again will they have our business. My husband and I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. We were the only ones there at that time inside.I could hear them talking in the back and see them walking around. Finally a lady came and I ordered a fish sandwich and a special drink.
The fish was burnt and I didn’t eat it. I didn’t take it back because it would have been even longer, I didn’t take a sip of my drink (pineapple and Mango) because I didn’t trust it, thinking that they might have spit in it.
The service is terrible, I wonder where the manager was.

Swung by drive thru on 1/25/25 @ approx 1145pm. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. I ordered 2 meals paid $28 which I found it very odd. But I’m tired and decided to ignore since everything is expensive nowadays. Pulled forward paid for food and waited. I was given all the wrong items I ordered and even the items they gave me were terrible. It’s so easy to do things right guys. So by the time I got home. It was too late to even drive back. You can tell they knew they messed up by throwing anything in the bag so I could leave. Very unprofessional. Do better. I understand the job is not what you wanted, working at a Wendy’s at night in Muscatine Iowa. I get it, sucks but try to do the best with what you got.

I took a group of older ladies there yesterday for their weekly outing. Not again. One of the ladies spilled her drink at the soda fountain. No one came to help clean it up. I stood at the counter trying to get a rag or a mop to clean it up myself. The woman with blonde hair pulled back seemed to be older and in charge of the younger workers, yet put her head down when I tried to make eye contact with her. Needless to say, I used most of the napkins to clean up the mess so that my other ladies and the family with kids behind us didn’t slip and fall. Bty, the floor was so nasty that the napkins were black from the filth on the floor.

I wouldn’t bother wasting my money at most restaurants in Muscatine and this is one of them. The quality of food is poor yet the price is high. I asked for a fountain water and she took my card and proceeded to hand me a bottle water which she charged me for. I didn’t even get a receipt. Overall this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s money.
