There was no lemonade on the board as a drink option but we asked for it and they did have it. It tasted so bad, my husband tried it as well and we threw it out.
Chicken was good but not hot. We didn’t get any of the 3 sauces we asked for so we had to park and I went inside. I should have addressed the price concerns but was flustered over the sauce and trying to get back on the road for our trip. No apology given about the sauce.
The amount of fries was ridiculously small. Overall not worth the price. The piece of bread was cold and not toasted.
#1 I was prompted to tip on the credit card machine.
#2 The three blizzards I ordered were served at a soupy consistency and none were “flipped” to show thickness when received. Obviously because none would pass the flip test.
#3 The blizzards were only partially mixed. After slurping through the soup on top we found the bottom half was completely missed while being mixed.
Worst DQ I have been to. Not worth the $25 spent for melted ice cream. Two chances given, I will take our business elsewhere next time.
Now I have to go in to have the charge reversed. DQ lost some points in my book
Some chirpy little teenager tried to school me on what a DQ cone should look like by saying it “had one, two, or three balls of ice cream.” I used to make the same cones and I told her it was about half the size it should be. A “ball” is not a measurement of mass.
The teenager said she was sorry, insincerely, while the other employees glared, and made no effort to make me another. It took me forever to get the rest of my order, while half the staff was standing around doing nothing.
What I’ve gotten the last two times I went through didn’t even cover the cone part, and wasn’t worth the money I spent on it. Too bad because the cones and service were excellent a couple months ago.
You’ve lost my business forever, and I see all the owner says is “I’m sorry, please come back through and give us another chance,” with no improvement. Guess I’ll be alerting corporate to the sharp dive your quality and service has taken in a few short months.
