During my lunch break today, I utilized the drive-through service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The young lady’s voice on the speaker was rushed and brief. Upon reaching the window, I did not encounter any significant delays. However, upon receiving my food and opening the bag, I discovered that the sandwich was barely wrapped in its wrapper. Regrettably, I was not provided with any napkins or a straw. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the quality of today’s lunch service.

I’m fairly disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered 2 crispy chickens, no modifications, and received 1 tiny bitter wilted leaf of lettuce as well as little to no mayonnaise on both of them. We also ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers plain and the patties were very dry. I feel bad for leaving a negative google review however I was not given a receipt so I could contact through the website.

I went tonight at 10:20ish pm. I recieved a soggy wrap thrown in a wrapper and a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger that had probably been sitting in the garbage by how cold it was and how freaking hard the bun was. I took a bite and spit it out! So disgusting. I will never be back here. Disgusting place.

Just went through drive thru and asked for a Dave’s double meal with a potato and Dr. pepper, and with attitude got a “we don’t got no potato’s for the night” so settled for fry’s. Only to get cold fry crumbs in a medium fry container not even filled half way and my burger was cold. Beyond pathetic

Wow, what a jump in $$ prices! Food was ok. Note charge extra for lemonade. Not busy inside at 5pm, driveup had cars waiting. 1st time here in a long time,probably not going back for a while. Caseys across street or Becks down road are better deals.

Food use to be better then Peru in my opinion, last two times I was disappointed in the quality. My main reason for coming to leave a review? The new dining room. Talk about lame. Boring and gives more of a hospital feel. Less seating as well, I was forced to eat outside bc there wasn’t enough seating inside.

If I could give more stars, I would. This Wendy’s has given me nothing but great food and great service. I always want my food hot, and they have not disappointed. The people who work here, which are mostly younger people, are very responsible, yet polite. If I have anything to complain about, it has been taking months for the dining room to get renovated and the contractor has been dragging his feet. However, this is no reflection on the workers. They do their best to satisfy their customers. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this.

Chose to walk inside since the parking lot might be newly tarred and wet. Left after 3 drive thru orders were taken and no one even said hello to me in the lobby. Left with a thanks a lot guys! Hope it hit them in the heart. I’ll just get breakfast and mcds across the street. No stars for the employees here
