My wife and I went in a little before 5pm on 11/3/25. No one was at the register, we waited a few minutes and had to use the Kiosk to place our order and chose to pay cash. We waited. A tall slender guy came to the register, never even acknowledged us. After a while a lady came from the back. We asked about our order. She looked and said “it had been placed but hasn’t been fixed as it hadn’t been paid for”. We explained we wanted to pay cash. We walked out and won’t go back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

this place is an absolute joke. the first few visits i had ill admit were beyond my expectations. but after the first week it was open it’s gone completely downhill. every time i order here i barely get any food!!! it’s too expensive to get half of what you pay for. i don’t understand how it’s so hard to put the right amount of food in the orders. do the workers have something against every customer that orders? i’ve had to have them remake the 3 cheese flat breads TWICE because they had literally 2 pieces of chicken in them. i order these fries today and they’re pitiful. i didn’t even ask them to fix it because i feel like a karen at this point with how many times ive had them fix my order. i definitely won’t be back like that even matters.

Got cold nacho fries! Also the cheese dip wasn’t full. Won’t be back for a while. Taco bell needs to hire people that care about their work. Got food again this time it tasted like a nasty medicine not to mention it was too much money for what you get. Won’t ever be giving them business again.

Went through the drive thru with my husband who is allergic to tomato. We ordered our food, got home and he took a bite and it’s covered with lettuce and tomato mixed in with the meat that he didn’t see when checking. I called to just kindly let them know they need to be more careful and the manager rudely hung up on me. I called back and of course, no answer. Next stop, corporate. Number one: they need to make sure their workers take allergies seriously and pay attention to the order. Number two: A managers job is to make sure they can handle customer complaints, I apparently got someone who can’t handle a little confirmation and got scared and hung up the phone on me. Not the way to handle business. Extremely dissatisfied in their service and manner of being decent human beings.
