Unfortunately one of the staff had better things to do than to make us a sandwich. On the phone while we walked in, quickly screamed his options to finish our sandwich and to get back to their conversation. Loud and unprofessional. The tables are not clean. Not coming back here.

Careful about going to this subway, they’ll charge you an automatic tip and you don’t even have the option to decline, and they are stingy with the toppings. This has to be the worst subway.

Please don’t eat here. We came in for dinner after other plans fell through. The bread was clearly yesterday’s (common, but not usually this late in the day). The lettuce and spinach were wilted as if the veggie cooler was not on, and the cookie case had many fungus gnats in the case with the cookies! Def will not come back.

My go to sub is the rotisserie chicken on wheat with lettuce,tomatoes, onions,pickles and mayo. My family gets a turkey and italian cold cut, all toasted. This shop continues to do an excellent job making us well balanced sandwiches ,which we appreciate, and is why they earned 5 stars .

This subway is right by my house I freaking love subway. I go out of my way to go to a different one because of the service. In the last month I’ve gone the ice machine does not work, but they will try to sell you a soda from the machine it is not cold, and then they will charge you to grab a bottle of soda. It would just be nice to fix the machine or let the customer know. It’s usually two guys working in there that seem like they don’t want to be there. I really try to avoid this location.

Cashier told me restroom was only for customers, I told him I was going to buy food I just needed to use the restroom first, (im 9 months pregnant) he said I could not enter the restroom until I placed my order. There was a line of 3 customers before me.

I usually pass this location up. The last time I visited, the older gentleman kept wiping his nose while preparing food with his mask displaced. Against my better judgment, I came today ( this location is walkable). The younger man looked disgusted that I had a coupon. I turned, started to ask the next customer if he was just getting a 6 in. as I had one coupon left that I wasn’t going to use. Before I was able to finish my sentence, the employee aggressively said “Don’t do that in my store!” It was extremely embarrassing as my kids didn’t understand why he was saying that. I will gladly travel 2 miles out of the way and will NOT be returning to this location!

Always the worst service but whatever it’s just a sandwich right? I’ve finally hit a point of no return. Google and signs on door say store opens at 9, I show up at 930 doors locked and employee is sitting inside on their phone. I knock and don’t get any acknowledgment whatsoever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE. At least until they get better employment that is.

It would be nice if there wasn’t Religious music blasting in the restaurant all the time. Also it would be nice if there were ice for the sodas. The ice machine has been broken for about 2 months or more.
