bro i wanted some chips and cheese so obviously i went to get some. the guy at the mic misheard me and yelled at me saying they didn’t have nacho fries. when i say yell he fr YELLED at me. he was so rude omg like dude i js wanted my nacho chips and cheese he didn’t apologize or anything. it ain’t my fault u misheard me dude, dude didn’t even see me yet and was already yelling at me. he also interrupted the lady who picked up the mic first which was also very rude. he didn’t even let me answer his question if the order was done and said “that it? pull up.” i wanted a drink with it and he wouldn’t even let me finish. like seriously? all of that was completely unnecessary, all for $2.50 chips and cheese. i get they’re stressed out and fast food isn’t a great job to work (speaking from experience) but it honestly kinda hurt my feelings. i won’t be going back here tho despite it being literally 5 minutes from me. 🙁

Young lady that was working the drive thru on August 21, 2025 around 2 pm, the only reason you have a job is because of customers. If we weren’t buying, you wouldn’t be getting paid. Simple. Next time let’s ask questions like how can I help you today versus what you want? And how are you doing with a total when I pull up to the window instead of just holding out your hand. What about asking the customer if they need anything else instead of closing the window in my face? I understand it’s just Taco Bell and I’m not expecting much when I go there and you have so many better things to do besides your job, but if you want to keep your job let’s work on that customer service.

Was lured in by the return of the 7 layer burrito which was a favorite of my years ago. Mistake. The 7 layer burrito I received was missing sour cream. The potato taco was room temp and the potatoes were so hard I was afraid I might break a tooth. Clearly they had been sitting around for a while. Normally they are actual potato pieces, like diced potatoes, but these were small and hard pieces. Husband got a combo meal and his taco was room temp as well and the burrito was very mediocre. Only option to get a receipt was e-mail or text – like I wanted to give either of them to Taco Bell. I chose text as it was easiest to block later but never got the receipt. Really a disappointing experience overall.

It seems futile to review a fast food place, but the service and food here are somehow worse each time we go. I get being short-staffed is stressful, but to not listen during an order and then argue about it at the window? The employee working the window also had her mask pulled completely down, exposing both nose and mouth. Defeats the purpose, no? Two stars since the order was at least correct, but gross and ill-packaged (pictured). Won’t be back.

Extremely disrespectful staff who don’t want to help in any way, but just walk away and talk behind the wall… I’ll never set foot in Taco Bell again, it’s better to support local businesses than a corporation that doesn’t train its employees.

Ordered a cantina chicken bowl. Had it two times before and was surprised at how good it was. But today I go to order the same exact order and it was trash. Heavy on lettuce and it was sloppily thrown together. The only reason why I noticed is because the gentleman who handed me my food was so nice I went back to go get toppings and picked up the bowl and it was almost empty I then asked for some additional rice. It was reluctantly provided by female that made my order. When I ask questions about the toppings and where everything was she stated that it’s a dollop that’s it. I didn’t argue I just phoned in a corporate complaint

New review now that it’s just a Taco Bell- it’s still bad. Zero steak in my Chipotle Ranch Grilled Steak Burrito before the pic was taken. What WAS in there was all shoved in one end but there was still very very little.
Frequently out of hot sauce and the food just isnt made very well. I guess it’s hard to run a combo fast food spot because I usually dont have good experiences in a combo spot. Sometimes you just gotta make that run for the border. Feel me?

This is the location nearest to me which is why I go here. I think I may stop going for a while after today. After sitting at the drive through window for at least 15 minutes, this (picture) is what I recieved. When I ordered there was nobody in front of me. I ordered a T7 which is two items and 3 chicken strips and a side. Two cars behind me got impatient and pulled off but I had already paid so I had to wait. For this? For the past few times I came to this location, they had improved a lot. This time….Quesadilla not folded right, wrong cheese, barely cooked and no chicken. Already home and not going back up there but this is ridiculous.

Everything about this location is just awful! The employees are so angry and rude and it’s obvious they hate their jobs. Being rude to your customers for no reason will get u nowhere in life. Learn some respect please. I will never ever come back here
