You don’t get a bowl with your take out pho but it was good, very tasty. Luckily I still had a bowl from the night before from a different pho restaurant that I could wash out and use at my hotel. Asked for extra cilantro and Thai basil – they charged me $2 but gave me a bag of it.

Not worth to even take pictures since it wasn’t very good. We had a bowl of beef ball pho, fried Vietnamese chicken with garlic rice, and chicken tenders with fries from the kids menu. The only good things are the fried garlic rice and fries. Good wok hei and good crispy fries. Both chicken were bland and beef balls were too sweet.

Food is amazing. The bad reviews are completely wrong. Authentic Vietnamese food. Great flavors and decent pricing. We are so happy to have found this place and glad we decided to give it a try. Will be coming back! We ordered the combination pho and lemongrass chicken dish they were delicious. Restaurant is busy during dinner time so expect a small wait. Service is a bit disorganized but expected and worth it as the food is clearly good. Wait staff is professional and friendly otherwise. Good atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I frequent this restaurant, but tonight’s experience was unacceptable. Something is seriously wrong with the management and overall service. I arrived and was seated, yet another group that arrived after us was served before our table.
I ordered two kids’ meals, soup, and fried rice. The kids’ meals arrived burnt and over-fried to the point of being inedible. The server also got my order wrong and then disappeared—no follow-up, no correction, no check-in—for over 15 minutes after the food was delivered.
We waited nearly an hour before receiving any real service, all while dining with my children and husband. I spent $76 on what amounted to poor food and even worse service.
This restaurant is clearly declining and needs to seriously reevaluate how it operates and treats its customers. Tonight was enough to ensure I will not be returning. I am highly disappointed, and despite the extremely poor service, my husband still left a tip $10. That alone speaks volumes.

Im so disappointed I literally almost cried. Here I am, over-stimulated mom bringing my kids back from and long day at lego land, I wasn’t gunna cook, and i wasnt going to make it to my usual spot in time so I took a risk on a meal ive been craving for over 2 weeks. They had me waiting FOREVER I placed the order over the phone went and picked up another order for the kids at a DIFFERENT place that I had to wait for so its like 30 mins at this time. AND FOR WHAT, because I had to wait another 30 mins in the PLACE. Lady was completely incompetent and they even got the order wrong the first time. They kept going with their closing duties not even checking on the order. So after paying 30$ for one bowl of pho (cuz of course this lady is STARING AT THE PAD TO MAKE SURE I TIP talking about “oh you just gotta press this button here” girl I am aware.) i get the food, right away i notice the broth is warm, not hot. No big deal, i can heat it up. I make it ALLLL the way home in S Lakeland and open the bag, to the darkest, saltiest broth ive ever had. Ive made pho from scratch before and this tasted my like the first time that I made it. A hot mess. Probably instant broth idk, it was the end of the night. When I tell yall I almost cried I’m not lying. It was trash. The noodles were undercooked (again not a problem i can boil it ive made it before) but the BROTH. That garbage is not something any type of sauce can fix. Dark, dirty, salty…. I took a risk and took an L. I dont leave reviews but waiting for weeks for a meal. I should have just waited another day and gone to Dalat Town Pho over here.

Was in the mood for some Asian cuisine, I came to this restaurant, ordered myself some green tea, summer rolls and beef with bok choy.
The summer rolls were ok , the peanut sauce it comes with was not a fan, (crazy how different it is here then in Vietnam). The sauce is brown here and orange over there.
The beef with bok, flavors were ok. Nothing that would stand out.

Do not ever order takeout from this restaurant. This is normally one of our favorite restaurants to dine in. My wife wasn’t feeling well, so we put an order in online. Their website has a section where you can let them know what time you would like to pick up the food.
They do not pay attention to this and made our food immediately and let it sit on the counter for an hour. The pho was cold and the fried food was soggy. The manager said it wasn’t their problem and insisted that they don’t see the request for time on their end.
To be clear, this is their own website, not any third party site. The lack of service for a mistake on their part has me fuming over a meal we paid good money for.

I love this place!!! It’s hard to find somewhere that puts love into the making of their food, and this place does just that. The pho here is hands down one of my favorites and the staff there goes above and beyond!

No likey. It was our first time ordering take out and we were surprised that our wonton soup came with the noodles, vegetable and dumplings in one container and the broth in a separate container. We also ordered chicken fried rice and it was bland with only chicken, rice and very little soy sauce and no vegetables ☹️
