Great location! Friendly service, delicious food. Some other Panera Bread’s will give the incorrect side, like a bag of chips although I asked for an apple, but this location followed my requests exactly! I love the Barbecue Chicken Sandwich and the Bacon Cobb Salad.

I’ve visited this Panera location multiple times and have consistently had an excellent experience. The staff are courteous and attentive to customer needs. During my most recent visit, I ordered a Broccoli Cheddar Soup from their kiosk, and, as a member of their rewards program, I could earn some points and rewards. The ambiance at this Panera is the typical vibe you’d expect, with people coming in from work to grab their afternoon lunch and delivery drivers picking up orders. They have a video screen showing your order’s progress, which is a nice feature.
When my name was called, I picked up my food and drink and found a table. The soup came with crispy, delicious bread that perfectly complemented the soup. The soup was creamy and cheesy with the right amount of broccoli, and I enjoyed it with my bread. My total bill totaled $16, and I left a $2 tip, which was well worth it.
In conclusion, this Panera is conveniently located inside Lakewood Mall. I highly recommend this place if you work nearby or in the area and are looking for a light lunch. I’ll be coming back again.

Went here to try their new chicken sandwich. Disappointed. Basically a bland mushy sandwich. Large enough chicken piece so the portion is good. Just the taste was forgettable. They have these Parmesan chips in the sandwich that’s supposed to provide some taste and crunch, and on its own it does that, but in the sandwich it gets lost.
The salads have lost its touch too. Smaller portions, weaker greens, not worth the price anymore. But still 3 stars because the bagels and desserts are still fire and location is clean.

Please see this Avo Toast….
! This should never be served again. One piece of toast with a mash piece of avocado! No taste, nothing special! But the price was unbelievable!!!!!! Ugh. No bagels at this restaurant this morning! This happens often! But the service at the register is outstanding! It needs to be, because I was disappointed when I saw the toast!

Honestly, food was great, but this location needs a lot of work!
The food was good as always and literally only took about 10 minutes for our sandwiches and soups to be ready. I ordered to steak and white cheddar sandwiches with broccoli cheddar soup!
The total for both meals came out to $30, which I didn’t find to bad at all.
Now what I did find bad was that most of the tables were all dirty, the carpet was disgusting and filthy, same with the bathroom!
Looked like someone walked into the bathroom with stuff they stole at the mall and just made a mess inside. Filthy place, I won’t be back.

Food is good. I like the Sip Club membership where you can get a cup of drink every 2 hour.
Negative: Men’s restroom always stink and the smell come out to around drinks area as well. You can already smell the restroom when you are in the drinks area.
***Regarding the smell of the restroom, this message is not just for the restaurant but also the men’s restroom users, please be more considerate in terms controlling your pee spatter and flush after yourself. Thanks

The place is quiet and comfortable, good for studying or working. Coffee is cheap, and the food is good for the price. That being said it, the wifi is abysmal and the outlets have not been working as of 10/11/25 and seem to have been that way for some time.

I entered your store walked up to place my order and Eunice continued cutting bread for some reason and just ignored me until someone else came out from the back and asked if I have been helped. Then she turns and ask if she can take my order. I was seconds away from walking out. This is a first for me so she obviously has poor customer service. She or the management need to reconsider her employment!!!

I always forget how meager the portions are at Panera. They certainly price things like there should be more food, but the actual amount for any plate (other than baked goods) is a tapas portion at best. This location is okay, the parking lot is a bit of a beast since it’s at the Lakewood Mall, but if you come for coffee and to get some work done, it’ll probably be a good spot for you.

Bland food and indifferent service. I typically tolerate this from a Panera because it’s Panera and that’s what you should expect, but it’s quiet and you can get some work done over lunch. But they said, “No more work for you!” and cut the power to all their outlets. Luckily, I hadn’t ordered before figuring that out, so I didn’t have to spend *way* too much money for their soccer mom fare. Just left.
