Omg! The food taste great! We were traveling through Troutdale from Texas and decided to try this place when we stopped at the Love’s Truckstop overnight. Very convenient. We ordered General Tso, Beef and Broccoli, Shrimp fried rice and spring rolls. Food was fresh, and served hot! We are from Texas and swear by our Chinese food but Yu’s Garden i must say is a step above the grade. If we are ever in this area we are stopping by.

Road tripping. Stopped in for something for the road . Only good thing about this place is the aunt working the front . $30 for shrimp and broccoli plus egg roll. I just received steamed shrimp broccoli , no sauce or anything but weird white clear glop on top. She gave me shrimp cocktail sauce and mustard….. The food taste chemically . it’s quantity over quality here . $30 I rather just go to Panda Express and that saying something. Out of all these Chinese spots Ive been to from Seattle to Miami . I am not even gonna but in a ranking . I would not recommend or even mention.

My friend and I had dinner at Yu’s Garden in Troutdale, Oregon yesterday. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Broccoli Beef. This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.Especially the Coconut Shrimp is so tasty. When I took a bite of the shrimp coated with sweet creamy secret sauce and the shredded dried coconut, the overall flavor is so outstanding. I am the big fans of the coconut. The waitress is so nice, too. Definitely be back!

Took 40 minutes for our small take out order to be prepared. I don’t know why it took so long, not like the food had any flavor! Green Bean chicken was dry and no flavor
Sesame Chicken was decent & had potential but was more breading than chicken. The mongolian beef was just chewy (like fatty pieces) Good thing this was a take out order i was able to kinda salvage it at home with sauces on hand to make edible. The texture of the green beans was decent though

My family and I love the Chinese food.A few days ago, we ordered our favorite Salt and Pepper Shrimp and chicken Lo Mein. The food is so delicious like usual. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp is so crispy and the flavor is so rich.The onion with the salt and pepper makes it so delicious! It’s the great choice. We ordered it every time when we dine in.

I came alone for a meal and ordered four dishes. The salt and pepper squid—was honestly terrible. The batter was way too hard. Based on my ten plus years of running restaurant experience, that squid was definitely fried yesterday and left over. Today they just re-fried it and served it again. They even tried to argue it was freshly made.
No eat anyway.
The other dishes? Way too many oil.
Overall—wouldn’t recommend.

So first and foremost, they have very good food. We ordered Orange Chicken, House Lo Mein and a special which consisted Fried Rice, Shrimp, Sweet & Sour Pork, and BBQ Pork. We were passing thru and gave this place a chance because we had to stop at the Loves truck stop next door. The worst part about this restaurant is is that it’s “grimy”. Despite wiping our table off, there was still a layer of sticky, tacky something. The restroom doors are the same as well. It needs a thorough cleaning to put it mildly. I love a good greasy spoon restaurant, so if you like Chinese food, it’s worth a visit.

omg there fried rice shrimp is amazing Fresh delicious I can’t forget this food. I wish we had same restaurant in Chicago. We also do have Chinese restaurant in Chicago not like this one with pool table bar, it’s amazing. I do recommend this to all truck drivers. Please come here and support our Chinese brothers and sisters great place to get food better than Loves food get some fresh food. u make all this money stop being cheap and come here you won’t regret it. Good. Nice , hot, fresh. But expensive. I wish they sold the meals with fried rice regularly and didn’t up charge you for wanted it.

Tried to call in an order. They charge $18 for one order of fried chicken wings & barely speak English when they answer the phone. Pictures aren’t that great from the review, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. The fried rice looks very much boiled. They also charge an extra $4 per item when you try to order online. Don’t waste your time.
