El Tapatio is by far our favorite Mexican in the area. We have been coming here for over a decade. The food is always homemade and delicious! The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. There is a Mariachi band on Friday nights, too. If you have sensitive ears and the Mariachi band is playing, I would recommend earplugs for folks with sensitive ears. The trumpets on a confined space can be a bit overwhelming. We’ve ordered dozens of dishes from their menu and it never disappoints! We’ve had Fajita, Burritos, Tacos, Enchiladas, Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, Quesadillas, Chile Relleno…the list goes on. We’ve never had a bad meal. My wife and I almost always order the Burrito De Lujo (with no cooked tomatoes and no tomatillo). It is divine! It’s like a Fajita and Burrito had a love child smothered in the spicy and savory queso sauce. MMMmmmMMMmmm If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in! You won’t regret it.

After attending an event over the weekend with my family, we to make a quick stop for a quick bite. Cutting to the chase, this was place was amazing. Service was great and food was phenomenal! I am extremely picky with food and nothing disappointed me here.
Prices were fair and portions were a little small, but decent. Personally, the birria tacos were my favorite. Definitely could use a little more cheese for my liking, but they were very flavorful along with the consume. I will definitely come again if I am ever in the area.

I had the sampler meal. The taste was average with a little spiciness on the side of rice. The portions were out of this world. My meal had a beef taco, a burrito,a poblano, a tamale, an enchilada and a tostada with a side of rice and beans. All this for under $20. By average I mean the food was good. Though I could only eat about a third of the amount given. I suggested the chef may need a nap after preparing such an amount for one person. We were informed there was only one chef !! This negated the slight wait on our meals. Our waitress Paulina was ever so sweet and attentive. If you come here prepare for a feast. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

We’re from out of town visiting and stopped in after shopping. It was very clean, cute decor and we shared a meal because the portions were so large. The Al pastor burritos were some of the best I’ve had. The flavor was on point and the meat was not dry at all. We will definitely be back when we stop back in town again! The wait staff are kind and attentive and the food was excellent.

I was on a business trip in Delaware and this was the first place that popped up after doing a search for Mexican food. Although the outside of the restaurant isn’t much to look at due to being in a strip mall, the inside was well decorated and clean. I ordered the tortilla soup, tacos El pastor and the chicken quesadilla. All of them were good, although not very spicy. The weight staff was very friendly and prompt. I was not able to use the restroom due to it only seating one person at a time and there was a line.
All in all it was a pleasant dining experience and I would go back.

I got the lunch Burrito Fiesta Tapatia and it was excellent. My only complaint (which applies to most Mexican restaurants) is that the rice and beans are segregated on opposite sides of the entree so it’s hard to mix everything together…

Every time I go this place never fails me. Food is amazingly delicious and the service is wonderful. Last time I was there I even tried their margarita, chef’s look at the photos.

Cute place! I liked the decor. It took a bit to get the food with us being the only people there for lunch but it was piping hot. I got the chorizo eggs lunch special, and it was not at all greasy like chorizo can be. Very impressed.
