This is the worst Taco Bell. Out of convenience I’ve gone here for take out on mobile order a second time in 2 weeks. I needed to give it another shot yes? Each time the food portions are super light, my order is not prepared correctly even with extras ordered they don’t adhere to the order. Zero stars.

Well, you can’t provide good customer service if you’re playing on your phone and have earbuds in so you don’t notice the customer standing at the counter repeatedly calling for you. Also, as a place that specializes in the handling of food, management should know that phones are generally more unsanitary than public door knobs. Why is management allowing this? The food is generally marginal, at best, but my daughter wanted Taco Bell today, so that’s where we went. That was our last visit to this store. There is zero evidence that management cares about quality here.

Picked up 6 hard shell tacos. Got home and every single one of them was crushed. If I wanted to eat my tacos with a fork, I would have gone somewhere else and got a taco salad. Tasted okay, but very disappointing experience. It sucks that they serve their trash to paying customers.

Portion size was almost zero. Ordered 12 taco party pack without lettuce for 20.99. All twelve were almost empty. Then they beef tatsted watery and greasy. Also, they forgot sauces. They don’t care, and some appeared high. Also, at night, they look closed there are no outdoor lights including the menu board.

We used the Taco bell app. Ordered 12 tacos, 6 regular crispy and 6 doreto. They gave us a free very crappy chicken taco. When we pulled up to get our food they only handed us the crappy free chicken taco. After explaining what we ordered and giving them the order number again, they had us pull up to wait, even though there was no one behind us and no one came through while we waited. We usually get a box of 12 tacos but they handed us a bag. We should have counted them. We only got 9 tacos. Half of them were pretty skimpy, hardly anything in them. We won’t be back and are going to Taco Bueno instead. We found out they have a much better deal and no issues.

I went to this Taco Bell and wanted an order of the secret aardvark nacho fries without chicken and a large Baja blast because I’m vegetarian. They said they were out of the fries and large cups so I settled for a cheese quesadilla and a medium drink. When I get home I noticed that not only was my quesadilla not cut, but it was a chicken quesadilla and it doesn’t even look like it was cooked either! This is absolutely ridiculous that not only does this place not have what they need but they don’t even listen or cook their food properly

When did the serving size change? There’s all of 6 bites of steak in my chalupa. The staff is cool i don’t have an issue there however taco bell is over here like Taco Bueno, giving infant sized servings.
