Been coming here for years and something changed recently. The food used to be good and we would eat here regularly. Now, I waited over an hour and my fish was terrible and the fries were cold. The fish was frozen from the grocery store, I could do that at home and at least it wouldn’t be unseasoned and mushy like this was. I won’t be coming back.

Was not impress and will not be returning. Had a group of five people and we all just ordered burgers and fries, nothing too complicated….. took around 1.5 hours to get our food. It would be one thing if it was busy, but we were only one of two occupied tables.

Save your money. Waitress was in her little world not understanding we’ll start with an appetizer..she thought that’s all we wanted. We ordered a pasta bowl to share and I was charged for “”2″” meals!!!

We’ve been going to the restaurant for years and ordering the same thing every time, wings and waffle fries. Had a bad experience there a few months back on the food quality but the waitress took care of the situation but the food was terrible. Tried again tonight with family and happened again, wings were cold and dried out like they had been sitting around for a while and the waffle fries were cold, hard and was no where near the amount that you usually receive and after confronting the waitress about it we were told that there cutting there portions so we ordered another order of them and never received them. First bad experience shame on you, second bad experience shame on me. Won’t revisit the establishment again. I’ll spend my money somewhere else since they obviously don’t care about there customers or their reviews.

UPDATE Feb 2026: My husband and I have been going to Trails for about 5 years (2x a month or so) and it was our favorite place. You can read my original review below. We have been there 3 times in the past month and a half and the wait for food was 45 min if it was not busy, and about an hour and 10 min when busy. We usually switch up what we order, and even with the wait, it was worth it. Not this time. The food was terrible. Frozen fish? The fish was in squares like a kids menu. My sandwich was skimpy and the fries and tots were cold. We would deal with the wait just because the food was good. No more. Sorry to see this happen.
Food is good! Staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. Good beer selection. Have tried multiple dishes, mainly burgers and sandwiches. Burgers are always consistent. Sandwiches are super good. Haven’t tried pastas or salads.

Perfect place to take families as it is a comfortable atmosphere. Large screen TVs everywhere so you can watch the game or pay attention to your friends and family. There is a large bar and they serve a whole host of different drinks. Lots of fun historical memorabilia from the sports teams of the area.

Usually pretty good here but this time this order was a let down. We always get wings and I promise the portions are way more substantial than what’s pictured not worth the price. Usually we have a handful of chicken and then some. This looks purposely counted.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your bar. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. I was sitting just two feet away from the bartender, yet I was completely ignored. Despite my presence, the bartender chose to serve two couples who arrived five minutes after I sat down. This level of service was truly disheartening, and I ended up walking out without even having a beer. I believe in providing feedback to help improve services, and I hope you take this into consideration for future reference.

I bumped into a buddy here around mid-afternoon. There’s a cozy patio that’s neither too big nor too small. The menu seemed a scale above standard in terms of variety and prices; I didn’t dine. The bartender was on point though!
