Waited 10 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to receive food. Seems popular on a Sunday afternoon. Nice interior but so understaffed (3 workers) that they have trouble keeping it clean and there was a long wait to order. They should use kiosk ordering, but the staff was also clearly prioritizing drive-thru orders. DT orders were moving out the window continuously while we waited and waited inside. Whatever happened to first come, first served? Like a lot of places, they keep it cold inside so waiting was uncomfortable.

I come here maybe 3 times a wk the FOOD is amazing. They havent had ranch in like 2wks tho. And the young lady who recommended the peppercorn or peppered ranch. U awesome! The young man who works in the evening DOES NOT put napkins or anything in your TO GO bag but the food. Which is annoying cause I usually come before I go to work overnight. It also can be annoying when they wrap it messy so its all over the wrapper, and u dont have napkins TRY THE CHEESESTEAK IT IS AMMMMAZIIINNNNGGGGG. ALSO the app helps u save money n get discounts

This is the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to! The place should just be shut down and turned into a business that cares. They are ALWAYS out of whatever I want when I do come there. Always! They have been through tons of different management and nobody can get it right. Ordered DoorDash the other day and they were out of steak nuggets. Went through the drive thru last night and they were out of Nashville hot mozzarella stick. I even pulled up one day about a year ago and they were our or roast beef! Just tear it down!

Me and my husband came third the drive through order a large. Fry two roast beef sliders and double cheddar roast beef we was missing the fry and the roast beef slider and the double was not a double it was a single and the food was cold and nasty never had bad service here at this location I don’t know what’s going on

It’s sad when u ask for Arby’s sauce for your sandwich get told we r out bc the manager hasn’t made the order then u go to Walmart just to buy Arby’s sauce which is sad

I took my kids to eat right as they were closing the lobby due to them bing really short staffed… they were very kind despite of what was going on. A little bit of patience can go a long way. Just keep in mind a long wait does not mean they are not working their butts off going as fast as they can. Keep up the hard work!!

Oct 3 2025,5:10 pm. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line without making it to the speaker! Pulled out of line to go inside and the doors were locked! A customer that was inside came out the door and said he had been waiting for 25 minutes inside! I dont know if they were short staffed or what the problem was but this is inexcusable!

This location has gone downhill. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. My husband ordered a roast beef and crinkle fries and a Rueben for me. The fries were old, cold and hard. I called back to complain and possibly get a credit. I spoke briefly with a manager before we had a bad/broken connection. I tried to call back for over 15 mins and they would not pick up. Do not go to Arby’s Radcliff- waste of money.

Stopped for a few things, mainly ham and cheese sliders. They said they didn’t have any ham but more likely they didn’t want to slice it 3 hours before they closed. They pulled us out of the drive thru because they said they were waiting on fresh fries. That took about 15 minutes but the fries were fresh.
