Last time I was there, the folks there were kind and courteous. They helped me out, and the gal with red hair made me an excellent burrito bowl. She was polite and got my order right.
Food was good, staff were kind and helpful, and overall I would come back. Also nice having Mexican coke bottles onsite.

I had a good experience. I had to go to the car to get more cash and they held my order at the front and I could pay as soon as I got back. The 2 ladies that attended me were very nice, everything was clean and there was plenty of space to sit and to park. Food good and fresh as expected from Chipotle

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m new to Washington and I have to get chipotle 30 miles anyway any direction. Guacamole is salty.. rice or beans are never right. Some chips have salt some chips have chunks of salt. I’m convinced no one complains or the restaurant just doesn’t care. I legit do not think the locals has ever had good chipotle. I’ve giving this restaurant several chances… I don’t see myself ever going back. This is from someone that has been eating chipotle since 08

An okay location unless you go after 7pm. Even though they close at 10 something. It has been numerous times I have not been able to get what I want. Down to white rice. On top of that they run out of change quite often as well. I paid $20 for a $13 burrito because I only had cash on me. Unacceptable in my opinion. One good thing is the staff is kind and try to be accommodating with the lack of resources they are given.

Placed an order with Doordash like I have several times in the past and you guys gave me the wrong food. It wasn’t DoorDash’s fault. My order was right on the outside of the bag. Inside was the wrong order. So this is on your employees. Can’t get a hold of anyone either. Never ordering from here again.

I’m accustomed to getting fresh tasty food at Chipotle but this time was very disappointing. I wanted to try the new garlic steak guajillo in a burrito but they were completely out of steak. Not only was the stainless bin empty but there was dried meat and sauce crusted all around it which makes me think they weren’t bringing out fresh containers of meat they were just refilling that same container that had been sitting out all day which would account for the crusty appearance. Very unappealing. Since it was empty one of the employees who was not a cashier got a fresh piece of steak and chopped it up for me which was really appreciated however the steak was tough, dry, and had lots of gristle. I only got a few good bites out of it and didn’t finish my burrito. They were also short on the pico de gallo salsa which is my favorite but I only got a spoonful because that’s all they had. Not sure if I’ll give them another try or not. I think it was $17 for a burrito and an apple juice. I think it’s outrageous that they charge $2.75 to add guacamole to your burrito. Guacamole is a standard condiment in Mexican cuisine. I don’t appreciate having to pay extra for it.

Blue hair girl rolled her eyes at me while I ordered for my family. If you don’t want to serve food then why do you work here? Food was good but she was terrible. Also, All the tables were dirty and the garbage was overflowing and the bathrooms were disgusting.

I stopped in last night around 9:30 and just ordered chips and guac, and also had a reward for free queso. The girl who took my order said they were out of queso which I understood, however I sat down and look over and see them pouring a bag of queso in. Why as soon as they tell me they are “out” they pour a new bag in? So i went back up and asked for my queso reward and the girl said I had to make a $5 purchase, which I tell her that I just did but they were apparently out of queso which they weren’t all they had to do was pour a bag in. She made me pay for it. Overall just bad customer service and also wanted to mention that my friend’s queso was only filled 1/4 and the side of the container was dripping in queso and gross.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! They overcharged us for our food. Food should have came out to $35.25 based off of what we ordered and they charged us $43.62. Didn’t give us a receipt. Should have gotten guacamole with the veggie bowl and it didn’t come with any. They were out of chicken. Rice wasn’t fully cooked. This location is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s ok but most of the time it’s not.
