I’m from out of town, and it was such a delight to dine here at Culver’s in Viroqua.
The team here is exceptionally polite, attentive, kind, and full of positive energy.
A very special thanks to Rylan, it’s been nearly 20 years (I’m 50 now) since I’ve felt this well treated as a customer. You don’t need a red carpet to make someone feel valued; genuine service like this makes all the difference, even if they just talk to you for 5min. I didn’t only feel great for how they received me, but rather because I saw how Rylan and all other team members were treating all people: as if they were the most important people in the world! In English or in Spanish, it just didn’t matter!!
I’ve traveled to several countries and many U.S. states, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade the experience I had here, just buying a simple burger, for any luxury restaurant anywhere else.
Congratulations to this outstanding team! You truly make customers want to come back again and again. Very few people can take the time to drop a note so it’s difficult to know if people notices you…. well WE DO NOTICE! THANK YOU!!

My husband and I just returned home from lunch at your Culver’s in Viroqua. I brought a printout of my birthday email, awarding me a free Culver’s Sunday, per the instructions on the email. When I proceeded to the counter after lunch to get my Sunday, I was told by a young man who identified himself as the manager, that they would not accept the copy, as it needed to be shown on one’s phone. Neither my husband nor I have smartphones, and this has never been the policy previously, my husband’s birthday being this past August. I stated to the manager that this was not indicated on the email and he stated that it was a regulation of this specific Culver’s, due to people reusing their coupon. Let me add here that I am a 71 year old woman. He said that I still had two days to come back, but I explained that I lived 15 miles out of town and had no plans to return within the next two days. We had come to town to run our errands prior to upcoming weather concerns and would not be driving in again just to get a Sunday. Still, your manager would not honor my coupon, despite the fact that I had followed the instructions as stated on the email. Let me say that I left with a very bad taste in my mouth for the level of customer service I was shown. It would have been so easy to keep a regular customer happy by just honoring my coupon and giving me a scoop of ice cream. Thus my one star rating for very poor customer service and your manager’s unwillingness to assist me in any way on this matter.

We don’t go to Culver’s too often but we did today after doing some outside work. The food was good. A young girl named Beth served us. She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately as we were in the dining area eating our lunch the manager that was working brought the young girl to a table by us around three other tables of people that were eating to get on the young girl about what he thought she was doing wrong. He was loud about it. We found it to be pretty rude of him to do infront of customers that are trying to eat. Not to mention how rude and disrespectful to that young girl. This could have been done in private for her sake. It actually made our lunch not very enjoyable. This girl did good by us and was very friendly. We felt bad for her to have to be called out by a manager loudly infront of multiple people. Was pretty rude of him.

Quick friendly service. Great food. July visit update. Still the best fast type food. Do you think they need a bigger bun for this tenderloin?

The Viroqua franchise made things right…which is great to see. Thank you!
The lady on the phone was quite nice.
That said, any shift manager who tells me that I “need to watch the register” for pricing (not otherwise listed) shouldn’t be in a customer service position.

Waited over 45 minutes for a salad and soup standing in the waiting area to-go. Salad came made wrong but I knew I’d have to wait even longer to get it remade. First time I’ve ever waited at a Culvers for that long.

Service is good as usual nice workers but I can tell the restaurant is severely understaffed when you wait for your food for 25 minutes in the drive through. My burger today was not good. The buns were both totally soggy and completely saturated with cooking oil and not really edible for that reason. My dogs liked it though. Food is usually decent but not today.

This location just can’t seem to get anything we order correct, hot or to look like you want to eat it. Mothers Day was the last straw for this family, literally didn’t get any straws. Food was cold, no condiments on our burgers or for our fries. The fries or onion rings don’t seem to come in their containers/bags, they are always in the bottom of the bag under or next to the burgers. Most of the time they forget the napkins.
