Food tasted old. There was more lettuce than meat on their signature club. The mac and cheese was utterly horrible. Over cooked and mushy, like a school cafeteria. They didn’t have any spuds either. Staff was meh at best. We got to listen to the staffs personal business because they screamed it all.

I have yet to be at this McAllister ‘s. Let’s try it out. Overall the restaurant appeared to be clean. The lady at the register was polite and helpful. The tomato soup was not all that good. There was a ceiling tile about to fall through the ceiling. Maybe that should be corrected. Other than that it was a decent experience and I would return to this location I just would order something different.

This place has gone down so much! Shrinkflation is definitely a thing here…sides less than halfway filled, small slivers of meat when sandwiches used to have a normal amount, cookies the size of Chips Ahoy. I also received two incorrect items in my order. This location could have stood closed down. I will not be back.

First they made my sandwich wrong. They remade it to go because my table was done eating by the time I got my sandwich(they tried to wipe the honey mustard off instead of remaking it). So once I got home and I noticed they slathered Mayo for no reason on the sandwich, I guess to be rude. Very unsettling.

Consistently fresh and good every time. Our favorite is the club sandwich and the Mac n cheese is always warm and gooey. Love McAllister’s !

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I ordered the pick 2 steak & pepper sandwich with a veggie soup. My sandwich had paper in it, the paper that you use in the back to separate the cheeses when you’re prepping. I couldn’t come back or call yesterday because it was just my lunch break. Need to pay attention to what you guys are doing, it was in my first big bite I was so confused I’m lucky I didn’t swallow it.
