Please train your drive thru staff not to ask for a tip. It’s not a tipped position and they seem to expect it, and get offended when you don’t. Management built that. Management needs to correct that.

Awful. I don’t know what happened lately but we will not be back. The car hops are rude. The service is slow—I put a mobile order in for 1 kids meal and it still took 20 minutes and the food was WRONG. The run out of toys for kids meals, which is included in the price of the kids meals, they aren’t gifting you that toy out of the kindness of their heart, you are paying for it which means they are ripping you off. They don’t care. Do not bother.

I have got to say the manager Pamela done more than what she should have for me to make things right that’s what we need more managers like her and a couple of her employees that I get my food from are always extremely nice one time they got an order wrong, and they greatly went in there and fixed it without saying a word. That is what we need more of thank you, Pamela.

I usually swing by here on my way home with the kids. Without even the slightest bit of exaggeration the past five trips, the orders have been wrong every time.. what’s even worse is we use the mobile app there should be no miscommunication as it’s written out right in front of you.
There is a complete lack of competency and care .

After ordering online and waiting 20 mins AFTER the screen said in the kitchen, to complain about 2 milkshakes and a small cheddar R’ peppers…to have someone bring cold food and half melted shakes out.
I ask “what’s the issue” and this girl tells me the person running the drive thru was scanning her card, saying she was taking food out, and leaving it on the counter.

The ice cream was barely blended after waiting for good while and fries were reheated scraps. Initially the 1st order taker was rude and then a 2nd jumped on which was much better. The place needs pressure washed and get the speakers working properly.

Sat at the speaker waiting and waiting so finally just drove to the pick up window. Waiting waiting and guy finally comes to the window. Questioned him about not answering and he says oh I think my battery died. Ordered a smash burger and medium peanut butter shake. Shake ends up only being half full and the rest whip cream. So disappointing, this is is how you lose business. Sad thing is I specifically drove past many other restaurants just because I wanted that smash burger which was good.

My husband and I sat at the drive thru speaker for over five minutes while watching the young lady at the window hold a conversation with the customer at the window. We were the only two people in the line. No one ever came to the speaker to say hold on or that they would be with us in a moment. They were too busy holding a conversation to acknowledge their customer at the speaker. Please get a better trained staff who understand the importance of how you treat your customers.

Tater tots couldn’t be colder unless they were served frozen. The all-American hot dog was nothing more than a mustard and ketchup and relish on a bun As a matter of fact it was overflowing out of the bun not sure there was a hot dog in there. One star because I couldn’t get away with giving 0. Third time I have tried this Sonic will not try again….have not had onion rings in months, no reason to go back.
