We ordered online. A pizza and cheese bread. Arrived 30 minutes later. The worker handed us the pizza and then said “so I don’t have any sides to give you”…period. That’s all he said… I was confused and didn’t know what to say, so I mentioned a refund and he didn’t say anything, so then I suggested another pizza, all he said is what kind?
He made one, handed it over and said you’re welcome. No apologies for not having what we ordered or anything. Probably not gonna go here again. Unfortunately the place has gone down hill.

We came and ordered 3 pizzas and the guy was very rude, like very rude. I don’t do much reviews, good or bad, but this makes me so mad, like he mumbled under his breath when talking to us, we could barely understand him and it just wasn’t a pleasent experience, especially since we paid $50, we could have spent a little less or about the same somewhere else and got way better service than we got here.
UPDATE:
The pizza is ehhhh not as good as normally, like he threw on the toppings in random places and not spread out all over, way way too much pineapple like we ordered extra or something and did not, just overall not happy and we always have enjoyed Papa Murphy’s, we rarely get pizza just because there is 5 us of, 2 adults and 3 almost all teenage boys, they eat a good amount and this is very very sad

Quite possibly the worst location to get Papa Murphy’s. Seem disappointed that they have a customer. Put out that they have to do work. Then when you get your pizza…you would have been better off just driving across town to a different location.

I won’t be going to this location ever again. Obviously they have no care about the customers food. I will start driving across town again to the other one since they actually know how to prepare food properly. I ordered the kids favorite today and unfortunately I didn’t closely inspect each pizza at the window. There was barely any pepperoni on each of the two pepperoni pizzas and the cheese pizza was all in the center. All 3 of them had the dough messed up horribly. It was curled over the edge all the way around each of them. There’s absolutely no reason they should’ve been prepared that way. It’s purely incompetence and blatant laziness. Go get a different job if you can’t simply prep a pizza. Have some dang respect for other’s too. It’s not that hard.

The employees who took my order over the phone were very nice. I was able to pick it up through the drive thru because I called ahead and it was ready within 10 minutes. I was able to ask for extra cheese and sauce without them being bothered by special requests. It’s perfect because we were able to refrigerate it for a few hours until we wanted to bake it and it came out beautifully. We also got s’mores cookie dessert and cheesy bread. Everything was excellent.

I ordered an original large Pepporoni pizza, and I got a thin crust. I noticed when I picked it up and I went back to ask if they were sure it was an original crust, they said it was original. It was not. I don’t mind thin crust but this time I wanted original.
