A truly fantastic omakase experience! If you enjoy seafood and/or sushi, then you will not be disappointed. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The otoro (fatty tuna) was hands down the best bite of seafood I’ve ever had. It just melted in your mouth, and so did the wagyu beef course.
They also have an extensive drink menu with a great selection of sake, and the staff is super knowledgeable about pairing with each course.
Since this is omakase style, the chefs prepare everything before you. You sit at a large table in a small, intimate room and get to watch and ask questions too if you wish. The chefs are happy to answer questions and explain each course. All of the staff are super attentive and committed to ensuring you have an amazing experience.

Tucked away in the lobby if the Stanton this place is a hidden gem. The warm and inviting interior makes you feel comfortable while maintaining a high level of sophistication. Our server was awesome and she knew how to walk us through the menu and make recommendations that were outstanding!

Took a trip to Miami, Florida for my bday. My hubby reserved a omakase for 2 inside their private room with the capacity just 8 people. That night was a total of 4 couples but 2 chefs catered to 4 couples plus sous chefs. The omakase was paring with sake so I would be able to take a pic of each sake that used to pair with the food. It was a nice experienced. We uber there so I didn’t pay attention about parking. Also there was a dining area for regular dining, bar area. Didn’t pay attention if there was an outdoor patio or not. Overall love the place. Staffs were so friendly. Private omakase dining was cozy. Of course there wasn’t a wait because we made reservations. For omakase reservation is required. They offer 2 dining time per night.

Incredible experience! The chef was an absolute master at his craft and super hospitable. Each course (we did the 15-selection) was outstanding and we could not have asked for a better evening. The quality was superb, taste was so precise and elevated, and atmosphere was so zen and classy. We have great sushi in our hometown but this is a whole different level. Definitely worth going to and the price is 100% justified. Classy, quiet, and an unforgettable dining experience.

The Den exceeded expectations. It’s a true omakase experience with that signature omotenashi hospitality. We came for the Miami Spice menu and ended up ordering a few extras à la carte because everything was flawless: top-tier ingredients, perfect flavor, and technique. One highlight was the wasabi, freshly grated right in front of us — the taste was next level. You honestly forget you’re in Miami, even though you’re right in the middle of South Beach. Seating is omakase-style around the raw bar, where you watch the chefs prepare each piece with precision. The Den is tucked inside Azabu at the Marriott, with a speakeasy vibe that makes it feel even more special. We had 8 types of nigiri, 2 rolls, miso soup, and mochi for dessert — all beautifully paced and great value for the price. Valet is available. A solid choice if you’re looking for something truly refined without the usual scene.

As far as omakase goes, I’d describe the vibe and energy as leaning towards the reserved side. Good for a quiet dinner out. If anything I tend to like when the chefs are a touch more proactively engaged, and conversational about the course. Very professional here though and very attentive supporting staff with drinks and such.
Really nicely prepared course with a range of flavors and textures. Nothing too wild and crazy, but not playing it too safe either. I appreciate having at least one really rich flavored sushi piece in there, like iwashi. A couple kelp-pressed pieces, and a really unique flavor from the cherry blossom pressed cherry trout. All excellent, and several I hadn’t tried before.
Variety of drink options include sake pairing, a whiskey flight, various cocktails, etc.
Overall quite good!

I was introduced to the wonders of omakasse by my now husband. It was one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had!
Everything is so fresh and wonderful and the chefs are in sync and working in harmony. All the Japanese sakes are the best too.
