This is for the Subway located inside Walmart in Arden, North Carolina. I was going to eat there until I was walking in and saw one of the employees vaping behind the counter. I immediately turned and left.

I normally frequent this location on Friday afternoon. Steven and Layla are exceptional. They have great interactions with customers, and are extremely efficient. The food is fresh,and it’s a very pleasant atmosphere.

Do not go here. A woman charged me 3 times as much as I should have been and I didn’t even notice until after I left and looked at the receipt she shoved in my bag. I don’t know what she was on but she didn’t seem like she was all there. Horrible experience. Just don’t go here.

Woman behind the counter was nowhere to be seen for a good 3-4 minutes. My mother, who only wanted a cup of coffee had to go over to the doorway, only to be “greeted” by someone who clearly needs to get out of customer service completely because if that is the attitude that continues at this location, no one will set foot back in there. Get better staff that treat customers better and who also treats themselves right.

Fair warning before you visit this establishment my wife visited here and was harassed by the guy behind the counter he told her “I have dementia i shouldn’t be working here” and how much he hates his job he told my wife that she should not pay for the subs and just run away and forcefully told her to leave when she got her subs and when she left he yelled at her to come back he also gave her the wrong change he scared her just by the way he was talking and staring into the blank of nothing it scared her so much she didn’t care about the change and just left she was in tears in her car because she was so scared this is ridiculous I will not support this business to hire people like this it’s ridiculous

Today we ordered online for the first and last time. Apparently reading was a skill the employees didn’t have today. Both sandwiches we ordered were made wrong, oil and vinegar on the side for one and sweet onion on the side for the other because half was going to be eaten many hours later. So now the second half is going to be a soggy mess, and they forget the chips that were orded too.

We went to Walmart to get my sons glasses fixed at the eye center. My boys wanted a slushee, so we ate at subway. The gentleman that was working behind the counter was awesome with my kids, kind, engaging, and professional. It got pretty busy while we were there, and I noticed he wasn’t phased, nor was his service compromised. As a business owner, and a restaurant owner these workers are hard to find!! We will be back! I wish I knew his name. Tattoo down his arm, ear piercings, and dark hair! Thanks for the awesome service man!!

Suppose to open at 10am on Sunday 10/24/2021 and I get there at 10am and a very rude lady says it will be 30 minutes! I come back at 10:30 and she is walking out to smoke a cigarette. You just got here and u already need to smoke. I asked if she will be opening when she got back in and she did not even look up from here phone. I order for my autistic son here all the time and every staff member is great except this miserable lady who hates her life. Needs a customer service training class. Wish I knew who the owner was.

Went in today and got the tuna came home and not long after i ate it i got severely sick. Called and asked for the manager who made my sandwhich today could understand me perfectly in the store. But acted like he couldnt understand me on the phone. Pretty sure this is food poisoning and will most definitely not be back to this restaurant

I usually give sanitation grade but I just went in for my free drink from survey. I have been to quite a few locations in Asheville since they came out with the fruit drinks. All of them had the same taste except this location. I ask the employee, did they add water to stretch it, and he said yes. That’s not right..go by the instructions corporate gave you and stop stealing customers money.
