Listennnnnn I’m so thankful for y’all being in Ft Mitchell, but please please cook them french fries a little longer. Every single time most of mines hard and raw. Fries supposed to be eatable. Last night I got nacho cheese, bacon, and cooked jalapenos on my fries….they were really good but fries were undercooked. Some even hard and raw.

Didn’t intend to eat here, but happy we did! I ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich with fries. The sauces were delicious. The sandwich would have been perfection if the buns had been toasted, as it didn’t hold up well with everything. It was fine because it wasn’t even necessary and just as good without it. Fries were fine, but I tasted the onion rings and they were delicious. I was eager to try more on the menu, but that sandwich was so good, I’m not sure if I will! It will be a great addition in Ft Mitchell.

I’ve been sick and in bed for a week but finally felt like eating. All I wanted was some boneless wings and fries from Country Wings. We’ve ordered from there before and been pleased with everything. This time was different. My daughter went to pick it up for me and got home and we realized they were not the boneless wings. I had ordered hot honey and teriyaki sauce on them. My daughter was kind enough to go all the way back to get my order remade, but it seems that the employees can’t take accountability for their mistakes because the new boneless wings were so hot, it was difficult to even eat them. It was an obvious deliberate move to ruin my order once again. I did eat a few, and my lips are still burning. Not the spice you get with hot honey. There was probably spit in them too. The good part is that there are plenty of other establishments in the area with better customer service and just as good wings, it’s just sad that this place seems to have lost out on good staff.

I’d like to start by saying some people are just going to hate on this new business and don’t understand how hard it is to start up and get in the swing of things. I will say we could not call and place a pick up order. Phone was “busy” everytime but when we walked in they were not packed. The place was really clean. I got the country burger and my husband got the wings and Philly. The burger was HUGE! The picture doesnt do it justice, I had to take two patties off just to fit it in my mouth. Patties were seasoned and cooked well but you could tell they were probably frozen. Wings were a fair size with fairly good sauce. The Philly was pretty good too, fries were….. just fries. Would definitely go back for the low price of 32 bucks.

Idk if the dude was new but he messed our order up. So they partly fixed it but we just got fed up and took it. Then the fried rice was gross so I called to replace it with fries. They rushed the fries and didn’t fry them all the way thru. Very disappointed and won’t go back this location.

The inside dining area is always neat and tidy. The staff are friendly and personable. Food is delivered fast and fresh. Having the extra option to add more season to your food if desired is great.

After spending $86, I was given wrong sauced boneless wings, cold rice, soggy fries that were in a melted Styrofoam container, burgers missing dressings and extra cheese that I paid for, burn onion rings, and forgotten cake. I went back for the cake and to have my order fixed only to be told by the cook, who had the music up so loud inbthe back, that I was only getting 9 pieces of wings because one was half eaten. The manger was not in and hadn’t been all day according to the young girls working the front. This place is a disaster.

Never in my life had I tried some super delicious fresh wings and that super incredible flavor I bought three different flavors lemon pepper, hot and mild excellent flavor all super delicious and all at a very good price I super loved it now I will go to buy every day with my family and they have a variety of delicious desserts.

The wings were very good and I feel like for the money you pay you get a decent amount of food. Definitely worth the price seeing as how your other options involve an hour round-trip drive to phenix City or Columbus if you live in Fort Mitchell. First time I’ve eaten there so the food gets at A+. However, the windows are very tinted and they have an open sign that wasn’t on so the building appeared to be closed. I almost turned around at the door because it was so dark. Pulled on the door just in case and lo and behold they’re open. Their menu is on a TV screen, which is just higher than your head and on your side of the counter between you and the cashier so there’s this awkwardness between trying to look at the menu and yell at the cashier to tell them what you want. They should move those behind the cashiers. The two people are interacted with that worked there were very friendly and accommodating. The dining room has sparse seating and they were playing music a little loud for a wing joint IMO. Not somewhere I would want to stay and eat but the food was really good.
