5-Star Experience Thanks to Laytoya!
I had an issue with my order, but Laytoya completely turned it around and made the experience amazing. She was incredibly kind, patient, and handled everything with a great attitude from start to finish. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, but she also went above and beyond by throwing in free wings, which was such a nice surprise. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Huge shoutout to Laytoya for making sure I left happy – I will definitely return there because of her.

Placed an order through Doordash and the wrong order was delivered. Contacted doordash and they dealt with the refund. I then contacted the store and they stated they still had my order here and asked did we want it to be delivered i said yes. They said 20 minutes and it will be there. 45 minutes later I called and they said they didn’t have the address when they told me they had it. I told them the address and they said it would be 45 minutes to deliver it. An hour and 15 mi uses later I called and got a different person which kept cutting me off saying it wasn’t going to be delivered and that I needed to deal with doordash. I told her I had already done that and was already told 2 times it was going to be delivered. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and now had to do something else in order to feed my kids. If these people would have just said they couldn’t deliver the order that was already made, I would have ordered something else. Will never order Pizza Hut again.

The new manager is awesome. They missed 1 item (door dash’s fault) and he apologized and gave me a free soda for the inconvenience while they made it. The pizzas came out quick and the staff we super nice. The store is well kept for the area that it’s located in.
I definitely recommend this over some of the other huts. They know how to make a good pizza.

First off placed order @2 got order @3. Pizza cold, looks like they took left overs and put in the box, pasta and bread sticks dry and pasta was burnt as you can see and with no Lid!! If I was driving and seen my order like this, they would have done it over and with me watching! I work to hard for my money for my food to look like this and the amount I paid. I hope whoever made this get rt heir food handed to them when they order out

Today my food was cooked to perfection. Reviews had me nervous but to my surprise my pizza’s were made just right. Service was fast and the lady at front was friendly. I tried calling to let the cook know how great they did but no answer.

So I had just moved here from out of state in January. Pizza hut is my favorite “large chain” pizza and I decided to place an order online. I ordered from this location because apparently it was closest to home. When I got there to pick up, the door was locked and I saw no one inside. I then called the store and still no answer. Finally some dummy came to the door saying “we can’t take any orders because we’re getting ready for the super bowl tomorrow.” Are you kidding me? Then why didn’t you call me immediately after placing my order jackass. I would’ve gladly went to another location. Now it’s too late for anything at this point. Months later, now in April, I try again. I order online and go pick up. Once again the door was locked and some chick finally decided to come and open and to our surprise (not really) the pizza isn’t done. So we wait an additional 30 minutes for 1 dang pizza, that I know for a fact only takes 15 minutes. 2 mishaps is enough for me. I will call corporate and complain. I also will not be going back to this one EVER again!!! Food was good though

Just ordered 2 pizzas, a 2 liter of soda and a thing of cinnamon sticks. The sticks never came. Not eligible for refund is what the app says… This place scams you out of money.
