HORRIBLE DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT NAME CEASER!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!
I went into Waterford ct subway and ordered two subs one of my subs came wrong even though I was in the store I was watching my son and talking to the manager for my order he made me 6” first then I asked for the foot long the same way he gave me the wrong bread and gave me ham instead of turkey that is a HORRIBLE mistake. Then I reached home and opened my sandwich and saw it was ham not turkey and that the bread was wrong I called the store and said hey my sandwich was wrong and he told me bring in my sandwich and I said I don’t drive I can not bring it in and he said so tomorrow bring in my sandwich and I said I don’t know if I will have a ride tomorrow and he said well I don’t know if it’s because you were paying attention to your son but next time pay more attention to what your saying so I said your a manager don’t talk to me like that and he said no I know what you ordered and it was that and i began explaining I order the same thing every time and I did order correctly because I said “the same as the 6” and he said okay and with bacon and I said no the same just no bacon” because I don’t eat pig and he said to me there’s nothing I can do next time don’t paying attention to other stuff and your stuff will be right and I said no I’m the customer and I’m trying to talk and he continued to talk over me then said no I don’t need to listen and hung up on me then I called back three times and he then blocked my number. His name was ceaser and everyone always tells me they have a problem with him and his outrageous attitude it’s disgusting to see in a manager and I have NEVER came across such an inappropriate manager or even employee in a subway I am beyond disappointed and embarrassed for the treatment I received from that manager I will never return to subway because I never want to be treated this way again. And even after all the emotional distress he caused I still can’t eat my foot long because it’s with ham.

Worst Experience!!! Ordered over $50 worth of sandwiches and tipped $5 on the app for a family little league game outing in Quaker Hill. Arriving at the game we opened the sandwiches to find out two of the sandwiches were wrong. A toasted sandwich was not (no big deal) a footlong order was filled with a 6” sandwich. This was going to be split for two people. I tried to call the store several times but the phone was never answered. After the game I returned to the store to either get the second half of the sandwich or refund. The guy making sandwiches got in my face and told me I had to bring the food back. No refund no sandwich.

I don’t normally have a problem with this subway and I hate to complain but this is ridiculous. My Husband went there to get us something to eat. He got a sub and I just wanted a salad… I don’t know who was making them but they need to be retrained. My husband’s sandwich had barely anything on it and didn’t get what he was asking for. My salad was a handful of chicken with a “dusting” of lettuce and a lot of dressing.. we went yesterday for the same thing and didn’t have any issues..

No meatballs, no parm, so had to replace ingredients and change order. Finally got 3 subs made, went to pay, and was told emphatically, “We don’t take coupons!” When asked if they would give a discount, since they were already made, my bf was told no. Not treated with any type of respect at all! Ended up being told to F-off and not to come back. Wouldn’t go back, even if it were free. Will only go to the Coleman Street Subway from now on.

They don’t care about the customer. Online it said they closed at 7:30. I showed up a few minutes before 7:00 while they were in the process of making a sandwich for another customer. I was turned away at the door with the employee telling me that was the last customer of the night and they close at 7:00 on weekends. It’s was a few minutes BEFORE 7:00. I used to work in restaurants too and I get that you want to go home, but I never turned away a customer who arrived before I locked the door. Customer service goes a long way; you know how many people I’m going to tell about this?

They need to be more accurate on the time they close, because it’ll say 7:30pm online, 9:00pm, pn the door, but lock the doors before 7:00pm. These minimum wage losers want more money, but will not work.
