Came through the drive-thru the other day and the staff really went above and beyond on my order (wrap, wings and things). Fried pickles were delicious, thank you! It seems like they may be under new management too because I’ve noticed a great increase in their social media presence and info about their promotions. Keep it up guys (:

I’ve only tried Zaxbys one other time a couple of years ago and it was this location and the experience was pretty positive. We ordered inside, to go.
Today was another story… I ordered on the app which was easy…. When I picked up though, the girl at the window first gave me a bag and then 2 drinks (when I only ordered one)… as I sat there puzzling over this and checking the bag skip to confirm it eas my order, another girl came to the window and took the other drink after I explained my confusion… then I got home 15 minutes later ready to eat and realize they shorted me one egg-roll and didn’t give me a single one of the 4 sauces I ordered with my various items… and I’m not going to make another half hour round trip and leave my already cold food just to grab sauces…. In fact the food wasn’t just the normal cold from the drive home, it was dried out food that seemed like it had been laying around under heat lamps.
Btw, this was 9pm on slow a Tuesday. There were a couple of people dining in at most and not a single car in the drive through – these kids weren’t overwhelmed or something. As I drove off there were at least 4 of them hanging around the drive through window.
You can do better than this, Zaxbys.

Update – Zaxby’s reputation management person responded to my review below, suggesting I go to their “listens” site to report this so they can make it right… But that’s exactly what I did 6 days ago and I haven’t heard anything.

I haven’t eaten in Zaxby’s for years and I was really impressed with owner/manager Shannon. She was customer forward, food was hot, fresh and delicious. I ate the quesadilla and the breaded shrimp. The restaurant was clean and friendly which makes it a stand out fast food experience in Palm Coast.

I had posted a negative two-star review of the Zaxby’s Palm Coast location. I had ordered from the drive-up menu. The young lady on the speaker was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my selections. My negative comments were in regard to my sandwich missing toppings and also my dislike for the new lemon-pepper seasoning, which is a matter of taste. I was pleasantly surprised to find the owner of this Zaxby’s location had read my review and apologized for my so so experience. He offered to make it right. Because the owner cared enough about his franchise to reach out to me, I decided to edit my review toward the positive. I rarely receive responses to my Google reviews and I really appreciated the owner responding to my first review.

I don’t normally go into places like this. But I went in here and it was very clean and the staff was very sweet. There are comedating to an order that was messed up. They went above and beyond. That’s customer service for sure you don’t see that as much anymore. So thank you for being a clean restaurant and having really nice staff. But mostly thank you for your customer service well done!

Really disappointed with this Zaxby’s. The employees were rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of their job. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small for the price—I definitely didn’t get what I paid for and was shorted. The customer service was awful from start to finish, with no effort to fix issues or even be polite, even asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one there, which I know was a lie. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place honestly deserves the praise. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a friendly vibe.
The owner, Shannon, is amazing. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. You can tell she puts her heart into the place, and it shows in every little detail.
The store is always spotless, and the food? Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about the quality. Highly recommend!

Jj was amazing at the window the training manager I believe her name I heard was Adrienne I’m not sure but she is amazing and needs a raise I will be back just because of them not just for their bogo chicken sandwich meals I got two meals and egg rolls for 14$ a steal and sauce! She even treated my son to a cookie how about that amazing customer service! We will deff be back just because of them!
