I usually enjoy coming here for pho, but I was really disappointed with the Thai tea boba this time. I asked for no ice, and instead of filling the cup, they just gave me less drink. That doesn’t make sense, and honestly, it feels unfair to customers. A couple of friends had mentioned this to me before, but now I see it myself. If the policy is that the cup won’t be full without ice, they should at least let customers know, or give the option to pay a little extra for a full drink. Unfortunately, this seems to be part of the restaurant’s culture. We’re regulars, but this experience left a bad impression.

This is normally where i get my pho, i usually get it to go. This time i decided to sit in and eat. From the beginning the service was very subpar. A couple tables had dishes just sitting from customers that had left the establishment already. The sevice i got was very nonexistent when i asked for things (to go containers, napkins) the girl that helped me just seemed not to want to be bothered. I got a Vietnamese coffee to go and we all know its strong but this one was strong and burnt. It sucks that this experience has made me not want to come to this place again, because its hard to find decent pho here.

I’ve never tried this place out before, but I was compelled to try it the other night. It’s been on my bucket list for a while, because l’ve heard how good the food is. The interior was very relaxing, definitely had “zen” vibes. The service was a bit slow but they were busy. The food was definitely what really blew us away!
I tried the Chicken Pad Thai, and my Dad got the Steamed Fried Rice with Chicken. The food was unbelievably delicious– it really knocked our socks off. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were large and steaming hot, and the flavors were on point. I especially loved my Pad Thai, it was delicious.
I’ll definitely be back to AZ Pho & Grill. What a hidden gem!

It tastes like homemade pho my amazing Vietnamese mother in law use to make. She’s now vegetarian This is where I go for delicious pho and wonderful customer service. Also go now. It’s better with Christmas decor with hot bowl of Pho.

Food was good but the service was poor. The girl who took our order didn’t even get it right nor did she even try to check on us once. We had to start walking towards the door to ask where do we pay we want to leave lol probably won’t be back.

The lack of a star is because the shrimp was overcooked, tasteless, and not well cleaned in my Shrimp Pad Thai. Otherwise it was a very large portion which was nice. Though I would suggest not reheating it since the taste isn’t as pleasant. The noodles were chewy and light.
Other than that I ordered the chicken wings which were absolutely delicious! It had bold unique flavors (citrus and light vinegar taste), crispy crust and they were sizeable. I feel like other places I’ve gone to for chicken post pandemic have been EXTRA tiny. However these were large and juicy!
I also got a peach tea without the boba. It was waaaay more favorable than I anticipated and so delicious. Now I’m curious to try the strawberry one.
The friend I went with got the beef pho and loved it. The broth I tasted was nice and light.
Service:
Our food came out quick and the waitress did her job. Though she didn’t seem super excited to be there she got us what we needed and made sure to check up on us which was nice. They also made sure to say goodbye before we left which I enjoy.
Overall a good experience and I will go back again to try other food items!

If I can give this place no star I would. It took over an hour to receive our food and we were charged a service fee for having 6 or more people. I wouldn’t mind the service fee if we would have had good service! We were the first ones there but last ones to be served . And we received our appetizers at the same time we received our pho! Food is expensive and broth is not flavorful at all. We regret coming here …

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. Moderately busy, but I was seated right away. Service was friendly and quickly brought my water. I ordered chicken “Bun” (V3 from the menu) with egg rolls. The egg rolls were not made in house but still crispy and good. The chicken was grilled well but lacking much flavor. The veggies and noodles were fresh and delicious. The fish sauce seemed watered down? It was not as flavorful as I’ve had elsewhere. Nice atmosphere. Parking was reasonable.

Amazing food and drinks, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the vietnamese coffee and bahn mi. If you enjoy strong coffee, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had the hot and sour seafood pho and it was absolutely EXCELLENT. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The portion was generous with plenty of fresh seafood. Service was friendly, attentive, and fast. The restaurant has plenty of seating, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and a relaxing vibe that makes it great for dining in.
This place is way better than the Vietnamese restaurants further west—hands down my new go-to spot for pho. Highly recommend!
