Went in to get some food with my dad today. Never had any issues at this location and I’ve been eating here for years. The staff went above and beyond today to make sure everyone got their food and they seemed to work together well as a team. The worker that took my order was so friendly and even offered to go look in the back to see if they had any more medium cups despite it being a rush. I was fine with the large but the fact that she offered was so kind. The workers in here are committed to great customer service and I saw it not just with me but with the other customers.

This Arby’s in Dickinson is fantastic and truly a hidden gem. The staff is consistently sincere and incredibly friendly—it’s always a pleasure to visit and makes for a genuinely nice experience.
I appreciate that this location never seems overly crowded, yet it always feels welcoming. Beyond the great atmosphere, the kitchen keeps things exciting by frequently changing up the menu with new and delicious options. If you’re looking for great food and stellar service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

This is obnoxious, we went through the drive through, and one second after pulling up to the menu, he said, “GIVE ME YOUR ORDER”, and when we asked to look at the menu, he emidiatly replied, “times up” the embarrassment and shock that took over us was overwhelming, but we just ordered and got our food. He had a beard, was white, and looked overly tan, someone help me get this man fired, food was great!!

This particular Arby’s in Dickinson was clean, orderly and very very fast. The men’s restroom needed some attention but I’ve seen waaaaaaaay worse in Bismarck. Nonetheless the MOD Michelle runs a tight ship and made sure my order was correct before it was sent out to me. Grateful for that for sure. The food was hot and plenty of the Au Ju dipping juice. Absolutely loved the bronco sauce on my cherry turnover. Keep up the great service Dickinson Arby’s team!

There was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru. You know there’s no better way to get suddenly busy than to let employees take a break at the same time – even if you’d been super slow all day. Lol
