Came for a quick lunch, tried the limited time pizza sub that was petty good, the cookie was good too. Staff was friendly and food didn’t take that long to get to my table. I would recommend for a quick bite.

Terrible customer service. Made an online order 40 minutes in advance and my order wasn’t ready when I got there, said someone else took it. Instead of prioritizing fixing my order, they spent over 10 minutes accommodating other orders before making mine. I explained I was on my lunch break (30 minutes) which is why I made the online order to begin with. There was no sense of urgency and even one employee yelled “it’ll be ready when it’s ready, can’t make it quicker” despite not starting on my sandwich for another 10 minutes. Doesn’t take 15 minutes to make a sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend this location

Do not recommend using their app/website for delivery services, wife and I ordered delivery and over an hour later the website still shows order being prepared but calling the store I am told the most amazing news- they have zero accountability on who picks up the orders. Literally anyone off the street could walk up to their orders, see someone’s name on the receipt, then walk over and say they are there for that order and no proof is needed, so of course that’s what happened. I spoke with 2 individuals and both stated someone walked in, approached the orders, walked to the counter asking for our name’s order, and proceeded to be shown the bag and walked out with it.. they don’t check to ensure the third-party they are using, is actually the one’s grabbing the orders? You offer a service, and hold no accountability to the company you chose to use for said service, and only advice is to go on the website and tell an online chat bot our order is missing, after I said the website still shows the order is “Being Prepared”? I guess free food for anyone that wants to walk into Firehouse Subs pick up order area, good luck and personally will never go near this incompetence of a store again.

While placing my order the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the menu. Thos was my first time in and walked me through the rewards as I signed up for the app. The young lady was very friendly and helped me narrow down my order to the brisket BBQ sandwich. The make a presentation of the sandwich was a bit sloppy put together. But the taste was amazing. When my order was ready for pick up the young man that handed my order to me wasn’t so friendly. Very short in demeanor seeming unhappy to be at work. Aside from his unfriendly delivery, overall for the price, I was satisfied with my meal. And the atmosphere in the location was entertaining to glance at while waiting for my meal to he prepared. In all I would definitely revisit and try other sandwiched from Firehouse subs.

Seeing the lower-star reviews, I’m not sure if they just got the lazy employees that day; this was my first time getting Firehouse in a long while, and I’ve only got praise to give. Despite it being during the closing hours (and on Sandwich Day no less, gotta imagine it was hectic) the staff on-hand was very attentive and active.
The only problem when I arrived was they had to heat more meatballs for my pickup, so I went back out to wait in my car — and they actually ran my order out to me when it was ready! That’s just a fantastic bit of extra customer service. And of course the sandwich was excellently put together. Will definitely come back.

Always do online orders for pickup. Excellent every time. Great sandwiches, good portions for price. Everyone there has always been super friendly.

This review only reflects the current location and shouldn’t reflect on the experience I’ve come to expect from the Firehouse brand in general. The service here was terrible. I asked for Garlic bread upgrade and did not receive it. When I brought it up I was told “it doesn’t say garlic bread” “But I told her I wanted it.” “Well I guess she didn’t hear you.” That’s it, nope. The sandwich I received had cranberry sauce on the outside of the bread. As in they used an unsanitary cutting board to make my sandwich with whatever left over ingredients carried over from previously made sandwiches. Unacceptable! I would not return to or recommend this location at all.

Restaurant fell off, go to jersey mikes down the road instead. Restaurant was not busy and they still forgot the Au Jus for my French Dip sub. Some would argue that’s the crux of the sandwich. I would argue that. You should argue that. How? How does that happen. Big disappointment.
Edit: they also gave me expired and stale chips. Thanks
