I am writing this review as I am in the restaurant, waiting for my replacement food.
I came last night, tired after a long day, at some 1130, and ordered approx $25-30 worth of food.
*Everything* I got was made incorrectly, cold, or not even filled properly.
Take a look st the attached photos, that is NOT how a chalupa supreme should look, they were all like that.
The new chicken wrap thing was ice cold, both of them.
The Gordita crunch looked like it was body-slammed by nacho libre himself.
Today, right now, I came to have it replaced. They did replace it all
The manager offered No apologies, no I am sorry for your bad experience, no remorse for my wasted time and my 2nd trip to McDonalds to eat last night, because the taco bell was inedible.
So even though I had my food replaced the following morning, I will not be returning to this location again.

My meal is so light on food..
I haven’t gotten a crunch wrap in years cause it seemed like no meat on them, and since the box meal I wanted isn’t available I decided to try again. Where is the meat on this crunch wrap?? Usually really good however I order on DoorDash frequently and ask for extra sour cream on my grilled cheese burrito and always end up getting NO sour cream. Why are we holding the sour cream hostage? Lol just room for improvement.

This was supposed to be Nachos Supreme.
Thought it was a $1.19 Nachos, brought it back and they sent me away telling me “No, Nachos Supreme”.
It’s half the size if the menu picture and looks like it was ‘slopped together’.

So we tried to do two orders for my friend and I in the drive through but they wouldn’t let us because they were “too busy” even though there was no other cars. So we had to jump back in line again to order a second time… and idk if it’s this location or if this is how they are made, the double chulupas hardly come with anything on them….
Edit: went to open the Doritos Locos taco… and it was a regular taco.

I ate here the other day and I had a great experience. The young woman behind the counter helped me order because I was a bit confused on the new ordering process. She was patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The food came out within a minute and was hot and fresh. I was extremely happy with my overall experience at this location.

THIS is supposed to be 1 of 2 Mexican pizza’s ordered. The 2nd of Mexican pizza’s was ordered with no BEANS, we received with NO BEEF!! Attempted to call restaurant NO ANSWER after ringing multiple times.
