Super disappointed without my order, used the app to put in a pickup order around 2:30 and selected pickup at a later time and scheduled for 4:45. The pizza had very clearly been sitting in a warming oven for hours as it was extremely dry and overcooked. Was not fresh at all. I would’ve hoped that by scheduling for later it would have been made near my pickup time but that was very clearly not what happened. Wife took one bite won’t even eat the rest and I don’t blame her. Do better Pizza Hut!

This place is awesome. It’s like a step back in time. It’s the only place that still has the original salad bar buffet and it’s so good. The server Luisa has amazing customer service skills. Her communication is excellent. Constantly communicating with all the customers letting him know how many pizzas are coming out and what kind. She runs the place like she owns it. She may? I highly recommend this pizza if you want to enjoy the pizza salad buffet.

Got nostalgic for the personal pan pizza. Ordered two pepperoni lovers personal pan. NOW Every picture on their menu shows pepperoni lovers pizza covereing the entire top of the pie. What I got. A regular pizza with maybe 8 pieces of pepperoni. This is a continue theme at this restaurant. Rarely do you get what you paid for. Discussed this with the lady at the counter and she stated that the extra pepperoni might be under the cheese. Nope. So tired of Pizza Hut advertising one thing and charging you for it. Then providing you less. Big disappointment.

The NOSTALGIA omg!!!! We had the Lunch Buffet and it was amazing!!!! I felt like I was back in the 80’s, the server Luisa was hands down THE BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced , you can tell she loves the place and the people…if you go please tio her generously!!!She definitely deserves it! The pizza was fresh, the salad bar was fresh, our drinks stayed filled, the place was clean and I felt like a kid again. I hope Luisa’s hard work is seen & valued, she should be manager or owner…she makes it an “experience”. Will def be back!!!

She works like a Boss. Great communication with customers and Kitchen, polite, professional (even when the young manager yelled at her about a call for Mgr).
Literally sprints through the Restaurant, food hot, drinks filled. Great experience. I’ll be back (although I might not if she is not there that day)!

Sooo we come here often for the buffet and are always taken well care of by Luisa. But today was an interesting experience. We got there at 1 and were waiting for fresh pizza. The Hawaiian looked old but I tried it anyway. And it was quite old. The pizza was haaaard. So they had a few slices of pepperoni and meat livers left, there were other people there. So we waited for fresh pizza. And the buffet is still open. The fresh pizza was brought out but I don’t like it; and neither does it seem did anyone as it remained untouched.
So we again ask for a fresh pizza, and heard the cooks in the back say “there’s pizza out there”.
Keep in mind that the only fresh one is now being untouched.
Just kinda lame as we just wanted fresh food and honestly hearing how Luisa is talked to is NOT cool.

We try so hard and have given them soooo many chances but the number of times they’ve messed up our order is astronomical. It’s really sad. We’ve pretty much given up on this place bc even calling in during dead times to report incorrect orders results in long hold times. There’s never anyone in the place so it is shocking that they have such long waits. It seems more like they’re just extremely lazy. Homeless people in the area dancing around high could probably do a better job. This place is a joke not a restaurant.
They did not follow up and the continue to mess up my food. They don’t even answer the phone. They need to seriously just shut this place down. I do not think their management gives two craps. I’m pretty sure they’ve delivered my pizza in a completely inedible format at least 18 times/20 at this point were officially done. We’d be buying from there probably 5 times a week but every time it’s scrap shoot and more than likely comes with so little sauce you can see the crust throughout most of it. At this point it’s come more often wrong than right. How can someone miss the portion I paid extra for so consistently! they couldn’t do a worse job if they tried. Good news is we found a much tastier local pizza place!

phenomenal experience that reminds me of being a kid again. great staff all around, ms. louisa is incredible and extremely passionate about making sure your experience is the best. food is great, old school pizza hut atmosphere and amazing deals u cant find anywhere else!

Reyna and Katie were AMAZING. We came in with a group of about 12 of us for an impromptu birthday dinner. They were so professional, helpful, and the service was AWESOME! Mahalo ladies for such AMAZING service. Also…. the buffet was DELICIOUS. I am so glad it is back!

This pizza hut is (in my opinion) the best in town. The atmosphere and overall environment of the resturaunt gives a nostalgic and authentic feel that is lost in other pizza huts, couple this with the incredible food and amazing service from reyna and katie. I would definitely recommend going to this establishment again.
