Horrible the owner needs to do better and find out why this Palestine location is in such disfunction. The lack of knowledge and the reason behind having good customer service towards your patrons respect and in getting it right is important.(especially evening shift). And if and when it doesn’t happen the manager on duty should respond accordingly. That is going to make the customer whole again. At any cost. Keeping a customer is what keeps you in business. My complaint is ordered 4 piece steak finger combo LG. Tot ,LG coke got home there were about 6 TOTS and crumbs and bits of what you to be a tator tot. Called explained to the young girl gave me over to the supposed manager. Didn’t answer with the phone with a good evening ,her name it was what can I get for you. I said you can’t get me anything. I have a complaint. She said go ahead. By this time I was looking at my phone. She was talking but not to me. I told her the situation . In response I believe she said ok. I then questioned if she was the manager.Yeah. I said never mind I’ll talk to Rachel tomorrow. Then I thought about it. And decided to write this review. The leadership is greatly missing . The staff under you works according to the vibe of the leader. The staff follows the leader. Good leaders have the customers best interest in mind. Must have the insight to teach the employees about customer service. And why that is important.= Good leader Good employee.= Good morale.= Happy customer.

She in a conversation with I’m assuming a co worker. When she spoke her words were what can I get for you. I was shocked. There was no good evening or hi this is so and so Nothing. That right there set the tone for me. I stated you can’t get me anything I have a complaint. She said go ahead. Explained to her. All I got was an ok. I questioned if she was a manager. Yes. At that point all I said was never mind. I’ll just call Rachel tomorrow.
Ok. (Her). Hung up. To the owner of this Palestine location. You need to do better. Your making the money off people like me who have have been directed and dismissed upon having a complaint through no fault of there own. That place has been made into their own play ground. An unsupervised playground that you pay them to play. And your customers are the disruptors who are a when we come to YOUR DQ. NOT ONLY IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. SO IS THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD,IS NON EXISTENT.THE PRESENTATION ITSELF IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED ABOUT. THE OVER ALL LACK OF CLEANLINESS WELL, THAT TO IS NON EXISTENT. ONE OF TO RIGHT OFF HAVE A RED FLAG FOR ME WHEN ORDERING DINE IN DIRTY WINDOWS . THAT INCLUDES GLASS ON THE DOORS ,BATHROOMS. I WILL TURN AROUND AND LEAVE. FIRST IMPRESSIONS CAN GIVE YOU INSIGHT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AS A WHOLE. THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW IS HIDIOUS. OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE WINDOW TOUCHING THE CASH REGISTER MAKING ICE CREAM THEN TOUCHING YOUR DRINK CUP OR HANDLING THE FOOD CONTAINERS OR BAGS OPENING AND CLOSING REPEATEDLY WITHOUT EVEN A DROP OF WATER OR SANITIZER . THE GERMS AND THE UNSEEN CRAP THAT IS ON THAT WINDOW SHOULD BE GROUNDS FOR A HEALTH VIOLATION. AND YOU AD THE OWER SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE WAY THIS DAIRY QUEEN REPRESENTS A BELOVED AND ICONIC FIXTURE OF AMERICA. I went on Taco Tuesday because their tacos are $1.49 each. I was very excited to try them. It took 10 minutes in the drive through line and there was only 1 car ahead of me. I got the tacos and I must say I was disappointed. The tacos didn’t taste that great and the shells tasted old. I love tacos that have a great meat taste and I didn’t taste the meat. Next time I will stick with the steak finger basket.

Stopped for a quick bite at the Dairy Queen in Palestine off of Loop 256.before calling it a day. Placed order for Country Basket & a Banana Split. Difficult conversing with masked employee. Sound was muffled. One star taken off of my rating because of general appearance of restaurant, uncleaned tables, and a dirty door handle that everone uses to enter. My ordered Banana Split could have been more attractive in presentation.

The kid at the counter taking orders was too busy playing on a tablet to take my order. I wouldn’t waste my time going to this location. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care that the kid was playing instead of taking care of business.

I ordered the chicken strip basket. I will let the picture speak for me. I will not be going back. Check out the pic. I began to eat one of the chicken strips when I remembered to take a pic. I did not eat anything else out of the basket. This was terrible to say the least.

Always delicious. Always get the Chicken Strip Country Basket, usually the 6 count to share with my pets. BTW, I know I’m super quiet, even friends pick at me for it… After I said “Sprite” two times, but the employee couldn’t hear, I said “Surprise me.” I received a drink that was pink with lime slices in it… really delicious, thank you .
