Lovely little spot with a lot of charm and integration into the community. Lots of local ingredients, friendly and polite staff, maps on the table, and amazing food.
The coconut curry as a topping seemed like it would be strange but ended up being amazing, it just worked very well with all the other flavors, highly recommend trying it.

Great server, quaint restaurant.
One egg bacon cheese on an English muffin was 11.99..a bit much when you can get the same at a diner down the road for $8…spouse really liked the coconut curry scramble.

Walked here from The DoubleTree for an early breakfast in the cool August morning air. Walked in, saw only 2 other customers at 6:45 AM. Great service: Friendly hosts, who also double as great wait staff: Frequent checks at the table, always with a coffee carafe in hand for a warmer.

Ordered the chorizo scrambler (made with nearby Sunnyside chorizo), which is topped with melted cheddar cheese and green chile. I opted for no sour cream, which is also standard, per the menu. Sided with home fries and flat-top warmedflour tortillas, which are fluffy-ish, not thin. You guys, this breakfast is pure Southwest magic.

We loved seeing the attention a patron’s dog outside received as more, and more and more people were waiting for a table. Get here early! You will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best breakfast in the Four Corners region. And yeah, we’ve tried ’em all. With fresh ingredients cooked by a crew that knows what they’re doing and a friendly, helpful staff, College Cafe is ALWAYS a good choice.

If you’re hungry, check out the Bomb Burrito; the chorizo is to die for, and if you like Eggs Benedict, you won’t find a better hollandaise within an 8-hour drive. And locally roasted coffee for the win!

The new Downtown Durango digs are bright, cozy, and clean. Get on the waitlist when it’s busy, it’s worth it

Great breakfast, service and atmosphere! Longtime local restaurant in a great new location. The food was great, and locally sourced, service fast and attentive and nice chat with the owner about some history and connections we have. It’s nice to have another great place to enjoy a meal near downtown.

A short walk from the Strater Hotel. Delightfully clean with friendly staff. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options! I especially enjoyed the real, not frozen, home fries. This breakfast is a great way to load up for a day of walking and exploring. We didn’t have any trouble finding a parking space and used an app to pay. Happy to support local food and the city.

Just got into town late last night and was ready to get a hearty breakfast! College Cafe took care of providing a great meal as always! My wife and I shared a “almost Larry’s” and one of their giant blueberry pancakes and left satisfied!

Stopped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the different menu options. I chose the coconut curry scramble and it was delicious! You can choose the variations as omelet or scramble. The plate comes with several accompaniments but I chose to only have toast. The house coffee is so good and is the local roaster Desert Sun. All of the staff is very nice! I highly suggest giving them a try.
