This is an outstanding place to have authentic Chinese food. People in Pinellas County know this is the best place in the Tampa Bay area. They have just recently relocated and are now open for business. They are open from 12:00m pm to 9:30 pm Tuesdays through Sundays and closed Mondays. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. For now, they have limited seating. They have plenty of room more tables in the future. They have a limited menu but they are serving all the main popular items and they are working to bring back the full menu soon. They are striving to hire more staff soon. The waitress Tina is still there and she is friendly, polite, and very helpful. The food comes to the table promptly and it is fresh and piping hot. My favorite is the Beef Fried Rice. I plan on trying the Hoouse Fried Rice next time. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Business moved into this new building and it really looks disheveled. Before I ate, I already didn’t trust the place. They don’t have lunch specials on the menu. So I ordered pork fried rice and then I ordered an appetizer. I really wanted to combination platter and the lady taking my order failed to tell me that every entrée comes with complementary rice so I got screwed over on that. I’m sure she did it intentionally. The quality of the pork fried rice was terrible. It’s like they cooked it in the parking lot. The appetizers were just deep-fried and reheated. I really didn’t like the food and I really didn’t like the service so I didn’t leave a gratuity but when my server who was clearly the manager or the owner and I know for a fact, they get a regular salary and they don’t rely on tips when the server printed my receipt and saw that I didn’t tip. Her demeanor completely changed. She went from being nice and polite and friendly to being mean and giving me dirty looks and I do not recommend this place. The food is horrible. The place is literally just a box. I wouldn’t trust this place and it’s only a matter of time before somebody files a complaint the Department of health. do not recommend.

It is great to see them back in business! Even though the interior is still undergoing further renovations, I continue to visit because the food is consistently delicious and good quality. On top of that, the staff provides good service that makes every visit worthwhile despite the ongoing construction.

Asian Pearl is back! The food is just as good, if not better than what we remember it. We had the egg drop soup and shrimp fried rice. It was a perfect way to warm up. New location is smaller and noisier, but don’t let that stop you from dining in. It’s nice seeing the same servers again. I am sure they will continue to improve!

Great Food as always. Fresh, made with love and quality. Best Sesame beef I have ever had. The chicken is always homemade battered style, so dont expect that nastier fast food style chicken. Their chicken is always fresh. Most meat dishes come with a small bowl of white rice enough for 2 people. Main dishes can feed 2-4 people depending on the dish. Also depends how big back you are, and how big the back of those you are with is (or if you have 2 kids, can probably feed parents and 2 small kids).
Think of this place as a better version of yummy house (better fried rice compared to the Yummy House near me). Best fried rice I have ever had in Florida so far. Reminds me of the fried rice you get in NY from those legit Chinese food restaurants.

My first visit. The 3 others in my group were excited to visit after the recent reopening at a new location.
It was very busy. I think everyone is trying it out often the reopening.
The portions were huge and the service was excellent. The menu has a large selection.
We all ordered different entrees and appetizers.
Everyone agreed their meals were good. It was typical Chinese to me. Had better, had worse.
The restaurant is very bland. No decor or atmosphere. Everything is served on plastic plates and bowls. Personally IMO that gave the place a cheap feel.
I won’t be in a hurry to go back.

First time here was so excited everyone was racing about this place. The closest to NY Chinese food. No it’s not at all. I ordered crispy spring rolls over cooked, also ordered General Taos chicken.. expecting spicy as it’s supposed to be sweet as hell. Tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. Def not impressed. So if you’re expecting NY Chinese food it’s not there. Won’t be back. 23 dollars I could’ve spent at Saki and gotten what I thought I ordered

Our go to place for Chinese dine in. We have been several times in the past with family and friends This time we brought friends from our church that don’t get out much due to health issues with them and their grown son.
They loved the ambiance and decorations. They also loved their food, and took about 2/3 of their meals home for two more meals.
Our friends had the Shrimp with mixed vegetables and Cashew Chicken. My wife ordered the Cashew Chicken and I selected the Spicy Eggplant. I also ordered steamed dumplings to share.
The dumplings came quickly and everyone enjoyed them. I could have eaten a dozen! We chatted a bit and our food arrived hot and delicious. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I have been trying to eat more fresh vegetables and the Eggplant was fantastic. I asked for spicy and it had a little heat. I will order it more often now.
We all wound up with some leftovers but our friends took home about 2/3 of their plates for two more meals.
A great experience, as always.

Good to see the best Chinese food in Pinellas back! The chicken and broccoli is as good as ever, the wonton soup impeccable, and their dumplings are scrumptious. Portions are wonderful for the price. Definitely worth going to for a meal. They are still under construction and getting bigger.

Excellent food, always a favorite and, to me, the best Chinese in the area. Great service! New location could use more ambiance but was clean. Had the Shanghai dumplings, definitely better dine in vs take out, also the chicken chow fun was fantastic!
