My experience at this Chick-fil-A was shocking, disturbing, and deeply upsetting. Our visit quickly became a display of incompetence, unsanitary conditions, and outright discrimination. To start, our order was completely wrong. When the food finally arrived, it appeared green and unsafe to eat, which immediately raised serious concerns about food safety.
The restaurant itself was filthy. There was a white substance spread across the floor, giving the entire dining area a neglected and unsanitary appearance. When we asked to use the restroom, we were horrified to find it covered in feces and clearly not maintained. This alone should disqualify a restaurant from operating.
What made this experience far worse, however, was how we were treated by staff. From the moment we raised concerns, their behavior shifted from dismissive to hostile. We were spoken to differently than other customers, and the tone and comments directed at us felt openly discriminatory. As Jewish customers and people of color, we could not ignore the antisemitic and racially biased treatment we experienced. Instead of addressing the legitimate issues we raised, staff escalated the situation and accused us of “disrupting the peace.”
Ultimately, we were kicked out—not for causing a problem, but for speaking up about unsafe food, disgusting conditions, and unacceptable behavior. Being removed from a restaurant for raising valid concerns, while also being subjected to discrimination, is completely unacceptable.
This location failed in every possible way: food quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and basic human decency. I strongly advise others to avoid this Chick-fil-A until it addresses its sanitation practices and takes serious steps to prevent discriminatory treatment of customers.

Man what a disappointment this was tonight. First, it literally took about 15 min in drive thru with one other car in front. Then, finally get my food and fries and sandwich are like warm. I have no problem waiting if food is fresh. Obviously this wasn’t the case at all. Love chick fil a and never had a bad experience until visiting this one. Usually go to Brookfield and will do that from now on.

I dined in here a few weeks ago and the food was amazing. I found out the name of the chef that made my food was Zidane Gopaulsingh. I will definitely be coming back. Those were the best fries I ever had. The server whose name was Emily was very polite and nice and was very useful. One of my best fast food experiences ever.

I came to pick up a catering order the morning of 10/4/2025. I’ve always had great customer service at other Chick-fil-A locations, so I wasn’t too worried but this visit was disappointing.
We arrived at 9:55 AM for an order scheduled for 10:15 AM. While I completely understand we were early. Instead of communicating clearly, the manager was short and dismissive. She made a point of saying we shouldn’t be there until 10:15 and then was telling employees that too several times. Simply explaining the situation or giving an updated timeframe would have gone a long way. We ended up waiting around 30 minutes with zero communication.
Most places I’ve catered from have the order at least partly prepared or keep you updated. We were traveling to a little boy’s birthday party, so we got there when we could as there has been lots of construction. A polite explanation would have gone a long way especially since we were standing there waiting for 30 mins.
As someone with years of management experience, I found the lack of communication and attitude unacceptable. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve visited has been warm and friendly unfortunately, this location did not live up to that standard, and It all starts with the management.

I haven’t been to Chick-fil-A for a long time, none near where I live. I had the classic grilled chicken sandwich…did it shrink in size? Also the bun was nothing special. Loved the fries and my malt!

The parking lot can easily be blocked with the drive through line. Unless it is not busy just take the short walk down from the parking lot above.

I came far out in Menominee falls. So of course, the service was great. Pretty good food and fast. You didn’t have to pay for your food and pull over and wait for anything it was all ready on time unlike McDonald’s and Wendy’s good job

Spend lots at this location, however, we are done and will never spend another dime there. Last time asked for regular deluxe sandwiches and got spicy. This time the chicken sandwich meat is decreased in size and was soggy and white as though no batter was even on it. The bread was soggy as well. We also asked for it to be run as extra crispy and have had it done..it taste much better and 99% of people don’t eat soggy sandwiches. The person’s accommodated us as they should have. Tonight after speaking with Brandon, he says they will not accommodate the extra crispy cook and offered no accommodations for the nasty undercooked meal. Thus, we are done with Chick fil a and will cook sandwiches correctly at home. This location is lacking and we won’t waste time trying another.

Fast food price with fancy restaurant’s food quality and services. I love they thoughtfully provided baby diapers in restroom. Their service is so good, the lady cleaned the table so immediate right after previous customer left. Constant have someone clean the floor. Food is always tasty amazing high quality. Always have someone come to ask how’s the food. I thought I was in a fancy restaurant, not fast food restaurant.
