I’ve not been to Wendy’s in a while. A couple years ago when I was going regularly, a Baconator included two patties. That’s what’s advertised on the menu and there is no selection of patty amounts on their menu for the baconator. It’s just the baconator or the Son of the baconator. Now apparently a baconator is just one patty, even though it’s $9 and there is nothing in the advertising about single or double. Frankly, I feel cheated and I doubt I will ever eat at Wendy’s again. This sort of misleading advertising should be illegal. If you’re going to advertise a double Patty on your picture, and then not include a double Patty option in the menu of the baconator. Specifically, you are engaging in misleading advertising.

Currently waiting in Drive-Thru for 10 minutes one car waiting to order 2 cars have placed an order three cars behind me and 3 have left the line for the prolonged wait I would have left too if not that my order was placed online. Hire more staff or keep losing money. This has happeneded multiple times at this location. There is 2 people inside dining shouldn’t have to wait this long for “Fast Food”

First off the bathroom is absolutely filthy it appears that it has not been cleaned in days, then i waited at the counter for 6 minutes while the employee looke at me and kept cooking fries and nuggets. Whatever happened to stop qhat you are doing and service the customer at the counter. My response walkout and go down the street to 5 guys ( i rather pay more for better service)

2nd Time coming to this Wendy’s and wnd time having a terrible experience. Food never tastes fresh, fries are always cold. Tried to walk in to the dining room to order and all the doors were locked, at 7pm. Waited in line for subpar fast food and nasty attitudes at the window

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. 3 separate occasions at least 6 months apart. Only customer in drive thru to pickup a mobile order and still takes 30 minutes for cold food. Fast food is dead

Pulled in at 12:20 40 minutes before close, manager said they have no more food when I hit the drive through, I said what do you mean? Your open sign is on the lobby had someone in it and there was someone waiting on food…..plus they have an entire freezer behind the store. I went around again and they whee Taking out trash and the guy said they were out of meat also…..how long does it take to thaw a patty for a jr bacon cheeseburger or make a frosty bro….this place sucks and the staff is full of crap.

Live in Tampa but I’m out here field verifying a home in Longwood. Wendy’s showed up on Google maps so I stopped for lunch. Time is about 1:00 pm. Ordered the biggy bag and am impressed. Food was ready just as soon as I finished filling my drink cup. Hot and everything fresh. I’m attaching pics because my words can’t do it justice. This is a model store for sure… $6.42 with tax

Tonight (11/15/25 at around 9:12 PM), I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.

I politely asked for light ice in my drink. What I received was still filled with far too much ice, so I asked if some could be removed. The employee — who identified herself as the manager, Carolyn — refused and told me “No.”

When I asked if she could simply remake the drink, she said “No. If I remake it, I’ll have to charge you again.”

I was shocked. It was a small and easy request, and I was treated with unnecessary attitude and complete refusal to correct the order. I ended up leaving without the drink I paid for.

After this interaction, I contacted Wendy’s corporate to file an official complaint.

I hope management addresses this issue, because customers should never be spoken to or treated this way over something as simple as light ice.

This is the worst Wendy’s in terms of service. Almost none of the workers know how to communicate, but that’s not the worse problem. They always get my order wrong if it’s more than one item. They need more staff. Save you time and do not come here even if craving Wendy’s lol.

This fast food restaurant has gotten so expensive. $23.00 for two sandwiches, 2 frys and two small drinks. I don’t know what is going on. It is out of control. Also my fiance just had a single burger and did not look appetizing at all. Lower your prices so people can afford to eat. The quality has gone way down.
