I was there a couple of days ago and dine in in the lobby I still notice that there were flies 4-5 of them I was not happy that they were flying by my face and on my fries that I had to put them back inside the bag I took pictures I did told the lady they’re supposedly was in charge and the only thing she told me Oh there’s nothing that we could do. What do you wanna replace of your food and I told her no you think is that?!! It’s disgusting because I don’t know if there’s flies where they’re preparing the food do something about it because I have been here before and there was flies. I had to throw away my food and call customer service to complain about it while waiting on the parking lot I noticed that she was cleaning all the tables all late about it. And I was the only one inside the lobby that day so people that don’t go inside. You have pictures now.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s location ever since they opened…majority my life. Pokémon cards, anime packaging, cool toys , delicious food or coffee.
No matter what you order the food will come out fresh. The Quarter pounder meals fries with or without salt, Oreo shakes, fish meals, cheeseburgers, and mint shakes for St Patrick’s day. You will not be disappointed!
The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Every morning before I did my mom’s dialysis I would get a coffee and some breakfast and the young woman was always so friendly greeting me with a smile.
Thank you to the staff, the late night memories, good food moments, and the great encounters I had during a difficult time in my life. This McDonald’s location will always leave a big imprint in my life.

I never have an issue with requesting fresh fries. Drive thru is long sometimes at night but it’s worth it.

The manager Juan stopped me in the lobby one day after getting a refill for my soda, i had ordered in the drive thru and ate in the lot, because i dont like going inside to eat there. Anyway, he claims that isn’t allowed, which ive never been told before. I didn’t say anything about it, not a big deal, and having previously worked here, i think I understand that they’re just penny pinching, what else is new. Juan might want to reevaluate where his priorities are when it comes to the customers he’s serving.

Unhappy about all the monopoly hooplah and there never being pieces on cups good wrappers or anything McDonald’s knows it’s consistency of customers and should have made sure this wasn’t an issue but every one of them have no pieces

Went yesterday 12-1-2023 to buy dinner because my kids wanted some. As I was waiting in line for my order a men approached the window and ask to buy a pop the refuse to take his order even though there were no guest on the line I felt so bad that the young boy in the drive threw could have such a Christmas spirt so I waited for my order stop my car in the second window step out of my car and gave the men my coke ceo corporate what is going on with the spirt if Macdonald we’re is your humble side why are we not able to buy a drink threw a drive threw if your door are lock so people walk to your business and you refuse them for not having a car remember Macdonald we would not be eating your poison food but with out customer you have no business so next time have a Christmas spirt and know how to treat a customer on your Macdonald so sad n disrespectful and disappointed on Macdonald you are just a fast food restaurant people and this youngster need to learn the value of customer service retail
P.s. you are our last resort to eat but your are the only restaurants that stay open til 11:00 n this is why I got Macdonald but if I could of I would of dine in in a restaurant with my kids but once again thank for the experience of not going here no more

Decided to pass by and get an ice cream cone and notice that as I was licking that comb a hair up here, I haven’t came since Christmas of the accident that happened, but since I was around the neighborhood, try to give it a second chance. No I believe that they should be wearing nets for the hair I believe that they should be wearing gloves because they’re touching the bags and I believe they should be wearing a mask too because they sneeze and cough on our food. I think it’s time for a health department to go to each and everyone of McDonald’s to make sure that their ice cream machines are being clean every day I know that it is hardto clean the machine and put it back together but when you guys apply for a job, they specify what they need for you to do. I just don’t understand. Why is it so hard for McDonald’s to have the ice cream machine up and running and clean?

I got my food from drive through and I got my receipt to get a free sandwich via website I needed the numbers on the receipt so I can get it and go inside to receive it but the lady was saying I needed to buy a whole new order to get something free, I was explaining it to her over and over saying that I needed the receipt for the numbers for to get something free because I already paid so I could get my free item because I already paid but apparently I couldn’t get my free item because “that’s not how it works to me”
