I placed an online order at 6:10pm. Delivery time was estimated 55 minutes. Waited until 7:25 to call the store. I was told that my food was on the way. At 7:40pm I got a text from door dash stating my delivery driver was on the way to pick up my order from the store. Call back, the general manager answers the phone and says they can’t deliver to Donora at night. I was also told that two big orders came in over $100 and had to be done before any deliveries. I placed my order at 6pm. My food should be delivered 2 hours after I ordered. I worked years in a pizza shop. This is unreal. First and last time ordering. Donora, save your money and go literally ANYWHERE else! It’s 7:45, my food was just picked up by the dasher. What a joke.

It used to be my go-to restaurant because of its proximity to my workplace. However, I have been consistently disappointed with the quality of food lately. I recently ordered a simple chicken and cheese hoagie, expecting it to be a safe choice. Unfortunately, each half of the hoagie contained only a single thin chicken strip, leaving me with mostly bread. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from there again.

First thing these young girls don’t care about the customers. They never say sorry or thank you or give any kind of sympathy when it come to messing up your order. Then after messing up my order. The tall slender girl checks out someone, takes his cash then goes straight back to making the pizza that she started before hand. Gross.. We all know how many germs are on money. Thank goodness a later aged women is now looking over the place. Hopefully she’ll put them to work the way a pizza shop should be ran.

my husband placed an order at 645 for 31.00 worth of food. My husband told the girl taking the order we’d be back in a half hour and she said fine. we went next door to shop n save and we’re back at 724. the counter girl and another boy were sitting in the chairs out front and she was on the phone when we pulled up to the curb to get our food. the delivery boy came out of the shop snd got into his car at the curb as well. my husband got out of the car and walked to the door and all three of these kids left. amazingly the shops doors were locked. we got no food and we had prepaid for our order. In essence they stole our $$. What kind of business is this!! The sign and there website stated closing is 8pm. In my book this is stealing. Thief’s. Do not patronize this establishment.

New ownership needs to lower oven speeds. Twice ago I visited in mid summer. Dough tastes like frozen pizza and cheese seems cheaper.
Forgetting our bad experience we went back recently. Same results.
While ingredients may have changed I’ve come to the conclusion that part of their problem is undercooking the pizza and putting way too much cheese and sauce on the pies.

I hate leaving reviews. But from what I’ve been told, corporate bought out the franchise.

But I never thought the day where a franchise owner puts better product out than a corporation. Clearly a double standard.
It’s been a complete disappointment. Every foxs I ever been to and even in multiple different states has had the same product forever. It was good

Really disappointed as a single momWho doesn’t have the luxury of ordering out all the time and working full time. My pizza is absolutely cold 2 seconds after the delivery and the kids immediately put it in the microwave. I have always been a fan of Fox’s Pizza but I am really disappointed. Truly feel like I see you apologizing but not offering anything in return. I do feel like at this point we deserve a free pizza or at least a refund

I am a huge fan of pizza. Tonight I ordered for the first time from here, I ordered a large deluxe.
I give this place 2 stars 1 star for delivery time and 1 star for it’s flavor.
Pizza arrived cold, although it was a fast delivery I had to microwave my slices. And the toppings on the pizza are not fresh. Either canned mushroom pre diced onions and the cheese is not great. Sorry guys won’t order from you again. I tried thank u anyways
