My husband and I stopped here after an afternoon walking through the Vamp museum. Location: 40 mins for were we love but was in the area. Pulled up…you cannot miss it because it’s well lighted for night. You cannot miss it. We ordered through the kiosk to give us more time to read through the menu. Our drinks were served to us at our table.
Our food was brought to the table. These guys are great. However, when ordering from the Kiosk be careful the fries doesn’t come with Mac & cheese on them. It’s in place of the fries if you’re ordering the slider meal. Be sure to stop in and check it out for yourself.

The service was great, nice people working there. I dined in for a bacon double smash burger and fries. They weren’t that busy when I got there so the food came out pretty quick- hot and fresh! The burger was perfect and the bacon was nice and crispy. The fries were seasoned well and they gave me an extra dipping sauce and pickles. Lost a star because I waited ~30 minutes for a milkshake after my meal. I was #81 and they were calling out #87 while I stood there. There were like 5 other people there complaining about waiting even longer than I did for their food, but I’d still go back. The food was great and I want to try the chicken next time.

First & foremost – the customer service is top tier here! They were so welcoming & answered any questions I had HAPPILY! I am a very indecisive person but they have a TV next to the registers showing a food review of different food items if there’s. So you can get a real visual of what your ordering will look like. The vibes of the place is really cool too! The paint & art work everywhere .. you always have stuff to look at while killing time waiting on your delicious order to be ready! I haven’t tried my food yet. But it looks & smells amazing! Customer service here alone deserves yall to try here!

Super appetizing and the price is quite reasonable. My order took about ~20 mins to complete so I strongly recommend placing ahead of time. More spacious seating and parking than the Red Rooster right across so this is ideal for dine-ins.

I wanted to try a variety of food so I got the smash burger meal and added a tender. Between the 2, I definitely preferred the chicken but neither stood out. The burger just felt plain with not much seasoning. The burger sauce was good but needs more than just the sauce. The fries were a standard fry. The chicken flavor was good but not crispy and had sinew in there that was inedible. I will say that my meal sat for longer than I’d like as it estimated it would take 15 minutes to be ready but was ready in 5, so might try the chicken again (suggest for the business to focus more on the estimated time shared with patrons than getting it made quickly so it’s fresh). Very cool space though with easy ordering onsite.

I first went to Muzzy Shacks a couple months ago and it definitely lived up to the hype. The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. You can tell they use quality ingredients because everything tastes fresh.The milkshakes are probably the best part, thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. They don’t taste watered down like some other places. The portion sizes are also good for the price, so you actually feel full when you leave. Overall This place was amazing and I will definitely be back soon.

Unfortunately, we were definitely not impressed with the bacon cheeseburgers. The burger was smashed so thin that the pickles were thicker. The onions, pickles and muzzy sauce took over the taste of the sandwich and you could not taste the meat because it was so thin. Bacon was very fatty and extremely chewy.
French fries came with old bay seasoning, which was fine by me, but buyer beware. Fries were crispy and done perfectly.
I really wanted to love the milkshake, but unfortunately there was nothing special about it. It actually had a bit of an odd taste, but I just can’t put my finger on it.
I wish them nothing but the best but it just wasn’t for me. Hopefully it’s your favorite place, give it a try.
****Update 20 hours later. 60 mins after writing this review I was sick for about 12 hours! I will never eat there again!!

After viewing a 4.8 rating I was extremely excited to try Muzzy’s! I had a friend come in from out of town and suggested we check them out before attending an event. We visited late afternoon early evening on Saturday. Unfortunately I was extremely embarrassed by my suggestion!
Atmosphere: Only two tables were filled and we couldn’t find a clean table. We had to wipe it down ourselves.
Food/service: Ordered two chicken sliders one without cheese. Immediately checked both sliders for cheese. Both came without cheese when brought to the attention of the restaurant they took the basket back. Unfortunately when it came back they added a cheese sauce to one slider not a slice of American cheese which is depicted in all the advertised pictures. Chicken in the sliders were tough (believe it to be tendon in my piece) and food was barely warm.
Went into the washroom to clean my hands and it was disgusting; as if it wasn’t cleaned for at least a day with many customers coming in and out.
Later that night the three of us all had stomach issues.
As for the positive as I don’t like to leave on a bad note if I don’t have to… Milkshake was good.

Where can you even get a delicious meal for two under $20 anymore? HERE!! We got the 2 chicken sliders w/cheese fries, tender, yet crispy perfection with right amount of spice. Great customer service, which is a rare find as of late.

Best chicken/cheeseburger shop on the east coast hands down. We had no expectations all the restaurant being good but it is absolutely wonderful. I highly suggest it. It’s directly on street Road across the street from Autozone.
