Decent service sure but what a sad excuse of employees making the food we asked for one thing not to be on the burger no ONIONS and there is a mountain of them. 2 tiny shreds of lettuce and one tomato just pure laziness is all it boils down to

Ordered flaming chicken strips 2/19/26. Received 3 very small strips and small amount of french fries. I told the guy we wanted the special advertised on the window which is not what we received. We were on a time schedule so didn’t have time to wait in line. Very disappointed and we will not go back.

I ordered no onion no pickle.on the burger like usual, and that was all good. But they tore it up with the mayo…. Mayo specifically, and ketchup so bad that everything just slid off when I picked it up.
Yeah it’s fast food but I don’t want to REASSMBLE my burger before I eat it.
Your afternoon/night has been slacking for years. Slap a good manager on that shift. So tired of it I’m leaving this stupid review.

Went through the drive though on Saturday with the kids and the girl started handing me the milkshakes and I asked her which one is which since they were different flavors to which she says “how am I supposed to know” … Then asked her if she knew when pumpkin flavor would be in and she said “again how would I know that”. I really enjoyed visiting and getting to taste test all the milkshakes and learn that not everyone t dairy Queen knows everything so if you have questions just ask for the manager

I came here on lunch to order a salad…I was actually headed to G.D. Ritzys and came here. I asked if the chicken was the only meat in the salad and was told yes and I recieved my salad and looked at it as I was pulling off and noticed bacon on it. I backed up and explained I asked before ordering it chicken was the only meat and was told yes and handed the salad back and it looked like a perfectly good salad. The “corrected” salad i received is pictured below. 2 stars for the lady working the window because she was nice

Terrible employees. First went through the drive thru saying i had a code from the app which sent the worker into some sort of shock; so i went inside. i stand at the counter where some young guy is working who proceeds to look me in the eye for about 7 seconds before he pointed me to the other register, not saying a word. two people working that register but neither was particularly bad at their job. same guy makes my milkshake and gives me a two inch thick layer of whipped cream coming out of the top of the cup, staring me down while doing so, then waited about 8 minutes for some fries. workers in the back were singing obnoxiously loud and workers in the whole establishment yelled conversationally. fine food but absolutely terrible staff, awful experience overall.

Save your money and go to Lic’s. This place had us sitting at the speaker box for a while, we decided to just pull up to the window, took them yet another few minutes to acknowledge us. Everyone working seemed confused about what was going on in there. Only us and 2 other cars in drive thru, 3 people in the dining room and they couldn’t handle it. I asked if they were ok because the entire staff seemed completely out of it, possibly under the influence.
